This is the first time that I have ever had issues with the staff here. I walked in “Jessica” who I was told was the manager was on the phone so I waited in front of the counter patiently at first. She walks off goes to the back comes back to the front & never once acknowledged me or said Hello or can I help you or anything??! Very unprofessional and rude!So I called out to the server “Josh” regarding my order. He was very professional and sweet! He gave me the wrong order at first but when I mentioned it he was very kind & got it right the second time.What really pissed me off was the rude so call “manager” very heavyset Caucasian worn out sloppy looking girl spoke to the Caucasian man who came in after me and greeted him when he entered? I’m still standing at the front counter without a word being spoken to me??!I do not like rude or Racist people at all! You can tell that she is a very miserable person who hates her job! I feel sorry for the workers who have to work in a hostile place like that!Even if you are short staff etc it’s never no need to be RUDE at all to paying customers point blank!!Management/Corporate I see this is an ongoing issue with low reviews at this store.. If you get rid of the nasty so call “ bottom of the barrel Managers” like the one there now you will have a good turn around of profits I’m just saying.Also if you do respond back do provide the number that you can be reached out as all I’m seeing is replies back but no way to get in contact with an actual person….

I placed my order at 8:12 p.m. today and I didn't receive it until 9:45 p.m., which at that point everything was cold pizza and wings, it happens every time I place an order.

They literally delivered my food and threw in on the hood of my car !! And when I called manager to let them no they did nothing ...not even apologize....will be in contact with corporate!!!

Church location. ??♀️ 1.5hr and still no pizza, smh. I guess I’ll drive up there for a refund and somewhere else for dinner. ?

90% of the time ur food will take forever to arrive and come cold dont even waste ur time i ordering here js go to marcos pizza or somewhere else 5th time ordering and waiting over 1 hour everytime doesnt even deserve a 1 star give it 0 not to mention the 1 hour wait just for ur pizza to be cooked and the 30 hour wait on the delivery horrible service and for the record it does not take 30 mins to prepare a pizza (#Fire Brooke)Update- brooke cant follow directions to save her life really forgot the only ingredient i asked her in the pizza ??
11/19/2023 @8PM I ordered for delivery.The delivery driver deserves recognition for going above and beyond. A item from my order was missing and it didn’t take him long to bring it right back. Awesome job sir! Made my night!

They told me I wasn’t they couldn’t deliver to me meanwhile I’m literally right down the street. A man that delivered my pizza forgot my wings and took a hour to bring them and a free pizza but the pizza and wings were cold. Worst dominoes in Burlington. Do not recommend. And the customer service terrible. A woman who answered the phone was really rude and seemed annoyed.

Jazz is a horrible manager she should not be running the store period she has no good customer service If the store messes up on your order she will not fix please don’t eat here She needs a cleaning position change the manager watch how your numbers change tremendously!!

The person who answers the phone ( whenever they do answers) rude, hangs up on you. Nasty attitude from the driver they messed my order up twice. Then the refused to fix it.
