I just wanted to support a small business during the pandemic, but treated like an unneeded customer. Oh well a cheat day wasn’t meant for today. :)Concern: No vegan options even though website states they do. Drove 45mins to be told she may have some later in the week. I called to make sure they had some, but no one answered. Was advised to place an order for vegan selection. If vegan selections are not offered daily, please state on website or various social media accounts.Update to owners response(which she deleted) Thank you for your response. If your store wasn’t opened, how was I able to enter? Regardless, I would have respected your response if you weren’t dishonest in saying I had an attitude. That’s such a overused stereotype. I respectfully said “ thank you” and explained it was my first time . Additionally, from your response, it appears you have an attitude and can’t take responsibly for not being clear about your company and it’s available items. From previous reviews, it appears your customer service has been a concern for others. But thank you for your time. You wished me luck and thank you. Good luck to you also. It won’t be an issue finding another bakery. They’re several options off spring garden , battleground ect. Enjoy.Update to owners new response - Additionally , I would never threaten anyone lol. Wonderful service and very good cupcakes and chocolate molds. I called kind of last minute as I had a cancellation, and she worked me in to get my ordered placed. The desserts were on ready on time and were delicious. I would highly recommend.
