The food and service here is excellent! My husband and our kids came back to my hometown to see my parents and this was probably some of the best soul food we’ve had in a long time. We frequently try soul food restaurants in the triangle area since we live in Cary, but nothing comes close to this. Not only was the food excellent (we got the brisket plate with Mac and cheese and green beans and a side of wings), but the owner called after we left to make sure we had the right sauce. We will definitely be back next weekend.

Had a Great lunch yesterday! Ordered the 10 Sticky Icky Wings and Smac and cheese sides for me and my son. It was soooo good, that it did what good soul food is SUPPOSED to do: put me to SLEEP! If you know, you know! ????Mac and cheese took me back to my Auntie's kitchen and son can't wait to next weekend to get more! Great job and we'll Definitely be back! Y'all are really close and convenient!Parking: Park in the FREE City lot behind Paramount Theatre. No big deal! Easy access.????

Food was fresh and simply delicious. My wings were crispy and well seasoned. I loved the sides my green beans were flavourful and so was the mac and cheese. Taste alot like the mac and cheese my aunt used to make can't wait to order again!

Didn’t like the food ordered a chicken basket that was supposed to came with 10 wings and only got 4 wings for $16 wit two nasty sides….2 of the wings was not done and the Mac and cheese was disgusting wasted TIME, MONEY AND A DRIVE THERE….I done had and tasted plenty of soulfood in my life and I know how it suppose to taste and I got sense enough to know that if fried chicken is red in the middle that it’s not fried right and that wasn’t it
