A Narrow Path
I asked if I could get a salad vs a sub...the toppings were very limited and the size of the bowl kept you from ordering more lettuce or anything you may have wanted on the salad. When you ask for extra knowing you are willing to pay for it ..it was one or two pickles or one or two onion slices...they need to get it together there. Spring is coming and people want a real salad not a toddlers salad

Very good customer service!!! The 3 people that worked here was very efficient, fast, & professional!!!I had just went to the one on South Church street which sucked!! 3 people working at that one, 3 people working at this branch & got their job done professionally!!Great team work & good friend!I will definitely be back as hopefully the older lady on south church could learn from them & how to multitask would be a blessing!Furthermore when I was a shift leader a lot of my help didn’t come in on time or called out.What I had to do was to serve the customers and run that store by myself until help came in.People are more prone to being understandable when you treat them with respect

I left a zero star because the steak and cheese sub was salty and the steak was not cooked all the way. They need to hire some experienced cooks because they can not cook a good sub.

I went to the Jersey Mike's restaurant and didn't get what I wanted! They maid the sandwich's cold!!!! They didn't ask how I wanted them, they just maid them cold!!! I did ask if you we're going to heat them up and the girl said NO! You can't heat them with all that stuff on them. Now shouldn't she have ask how I wanted the sandwich's ? IF You Had A Choice, wouldn't you ask the CUSTOMER how they wanted the sandwich's ! Firehouse grill ( they ask how you want the sandwich) is notfar from Jersey Mike's and I guess from now on I will go there!!!!!

Just got a number 13 today. The regular sub is much smaller than the one on Church St. They seemed unorganized and confused. Three different people handled my sub. Will definitely keep my business with the one on Church Street next to Little Caesars.

Good, solid Jersey Mike's experience. Quick and efficient.
I Ordered 3 subs, in the middle of making my giant sub the gentleman stopped and started taking an order from a customer that had already been through the line, while that was happening a big fly landed right on the food I immediately notified the lady cutting the meat that I don't want that one she gets an attitude and my wife heard her say if it happens again she is not curring more meat as if I was wrong for 2 Flys Landing on each sub. This was bad if the gentleman would not have ever stopped fixing my food to go take another order and left it open it wouldn't have happened.
