They the WORST EVER WE ONLY HAVE A 30 min lunch at my Job and some Guy name Johnathan repeated my order back to me twice but when my co worker went for our food they gave us HAM AND WE BOTH ARE ALLERGIC TO HAM so I called and they guy tells me what we order are not on the menu ?? he sound dumb as hell. I don’t care if it’s not on the menu or not you took my order and repeated it too me and said it would be ready. Then he says “well you going let me explain” uh NO What is there to explain they the worst ever now we sitting here HUNGRY AND HAVE NO FOOD FOR 6 more hours. They talking bout bring the food back why what yall going do with it

The food is always great and most of the staff is very friendly but there is one associate with dreads that wears his hat backwards that is extremely rude. He never speaks to you when taking your order and just stands there texting the whole time. Doesn’t let you know your transaction is complete or anything. Then he goes and makes peoples food after just using his phone.

Cameron, Heavy Set African American male with Dreads or Twists, Has Horrible attitude, lacks Customer Service Skills or Personality to work with the public. He Rolls his eyes when customers enter the store as he was texting on his phone. When He took my order, again he was sucking his mouth, Popping his mouth and dropping his head back as if he was disgusted to be working. I actually asked him if he was alright, because I couldn't believe what I was witnessing.The other co workers, young lady and another guy seemed embarrassed and intimidated by him and his actions.This was HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEOH I AM AN AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN ALSO...SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE, REAL MANAGERS NEEDS TO TRAIN AND CLEAN HOUSE. FOOD WAS GREAT THOUGH.GOD BLESS

The food was amazing, the staff are fantastic, I had no problems with the order itself. The only problem I had was, and I know this is gonna be a weird thing to complain about, when they finish the sandwiches and put them on the pickup shelf they put them in the bag to where the sandwiches are standing on end. Because of this all of the juices in the sandwich rush to that end of the sandwich soaking it and I get a giant soggy glob on one end of my sandwich. I know this is weird thing to complain about but sometimes it takes me a bit to get from my office to the store and the sandwich just sits there getting soggier and soggier on one end of the thing. Like I said everything else about this place is fantastic, I just wanted to do something about the soggy bread thing

Horrible service! Ordered a large pickup on Monday for pickup on Tuesday. Arrived on time. Was informed it had not even been started and would not be started until they had made sandwiches for every person in line. I questioned this since I had already ordered and paid. I was told that I just needed to understand that they were busy (with every person who ordered after me) definitely a one and done for my meetings!!

Not happy. Order a club tuna unwhich extra wrapped. Definitely waaaayyyyy smaller than what was ordered prior and I have ordered it MANY times. There was no cheese and barley no tuna on the sandwich. When I called the customer was very bland. Very disappointed. I was offered a 4.00 credit. Issue is the order where this was purchased was due to a prior order that had a issue. Not sure if it's the young folks but didny seem to be a manger there to assist.

Went to your Burlington NC store today at 8:30pm with my daughter. We were told the store was closed. We went to our car and when we drove past, they had let 2 other customers in the store and we’re serving them. This is not fair and wonder why this is allowed at this store.
