Was asked to put sugar and butter and forks into bags. When the food was delivered nothing was in the bag. When we called back they tried to tell that the person had already picked it up. I had called right after placing the order. The person we talked to was very rude.

Sadly changing this from 5⭐️ to just 1⭐️. A couple months ago I had dinner here and didn't even finish because I was freezing. The tip of my nose and fingers were so cold they hurt! The waitress shared that there wasn't any heat and that it had been broken all day! In my hurry to leave I accidentally left my child's silicone plate suction copied to the table. I tried calling but no one answered. I called again in the morning and after 10 minutes of being on hold someone finally answered. They said they checked and it wasn't there which meant they threw it away or someone took it to keep. I won't be back.

I used to absolutely love K&W Cafeteria when visiting the Greensboro area, but this recent visit was disappointing. They were minimally staffed, workers appeared stressed out, and they didn't have many food items available. They also had very few salads available - no 7 layer salad, which is my favorite. The food quality on the items they did have was great but, regrettably, this overall visit was disappointing.
The wait staff is good. Quality of not as good. Plastic utensils dining in is subpar for a great dining experience.

We came here as a class and when me and someone else got our rolls they were both stale. Another one of my classmates got a chocolate pie and when he cut it the whole inside was raw.

I'm a truck drive when I have time to stop and grab a bit. My family lives in Greensboro NC and they really enjoy eating at this location of K&W Cafeteria. It is really convenient it's just off 85, either North or Southbound exit 143 Burlington, NC. It's very convenient that my 18 wheel gets in and out with no problem.As you see, no meat for me. Vegetarian, please stop by. You want be disappointed. Fresh hot food friendly faces with a smile. Clean comfortable family environment. Our seniors they value always someone around to assist. So NC, next time your on I-85, stop by K&W. Reasonable price great service. Remember drivers we move the world. Stay safe.
