I can honestly say I've never had a good experience at this restaurant but this experience I just had will result in me never coming here again that's for sure! I live over 30 mins away and they completely got my order wrong and I didn't know until I got home, call them and they tell me I have to come back for a refund so I wanted my correct order also if I have to come all the way back there which is now and hour out of my time and gas! They refuse to give me a refund if I wanted my correct order and for my little $12 meal to be compt over their mistake isn't a lot to ask in my opinion! Horrible customer service!!!

Don't come here after 8pm because they don't have anything on the menu. I know it's because they don't want to cook anything. I'm glad I perfer Popeyes! My husband likes KFC but I'm officially not coming back to this one ever! They need new management..... fast! They are missing out on customers. How you don't have chicken tenders at 830? ?

First time here since remodel, you have to go and eat in because they have the best service and 'friendly' employees . What a change of pace from other fast food restaurants. When you spend your hard earned money out this is the way it should be!!!!!

It's a shame to spend $28 for 12 pieces of chicken and you can't even get the biscuits free. The chicken was dark as if cooked in old grease and the chicken was greasy. The quality of the food is not where it needs to be for the prices charged.
