It's like everything else in burlington north Carolina. I'd really like to know how a chicken place runs out of chicken constantly? It seems that that location just needs to be shut down. The people are always rude and they never seem to have anything on the menu but it's like most places in burlington that I will never visit again after tonight.

I went through the drive-through for the second time since I relocated to Burlington. The first time I ordered a three-piece dinner, quote, all “white“ and received dark meat.I wrote that off, as just a mistake, and pursued it no further.Today I placed the same order, drove all the way back to my house and found that once again I had dark meat. I called the store and they said that I would have to drive back with my meal to get it right.

Dirty and dumb. Every table was sticky and dirty. Bathroom had one clogged overflown toilet with a puddle they just put a wet floor sign over. Had to wait 40 minutes for food because they forgot we ordered, then they forgot part of the order. The amount of incompetence is immeasurable.

I enjoy stopping here when time allows. Some chicken pieces wasn't available, attendant quick thinking solved the problem. I was pleased.
Stop to get something to eat had to go to the restroom. restroom was so nasty Lost my appetite got back in my car and went somewhere else

If you dine in at lunch good luck. They worry about the drive thru and will leave the dine in customers in line until they get more than one. Then they will take every order and then that worker prepares everyone's order. We quit going at lunch because it was so bad. Waited a few months to go back to see if there was any improvement and stood at the counter 15 mins until someone took my order. We were the only ones in line and after 15 minutes there was 5 behind us. Then I had to wait until she took everyone's order before even starting to prepare ours. This is a joke. Dining room is always empty because people are sick of it. Promise you the one star is just so I could post my review

I just placed a complaint to corporate. The senior lady who works there is very rude with customers. I picked up an online order through the drivetrough and was checking my order bc some items, bread and sauces were missing and she scream to me to move because she was on the clock with no cars on the line behind mine . After I told her her behavior was absolutely unacceptable and I was checking my order she said no to comeback again. It is no the first time I see the same woman do this with other customers. My order was incomplete and they didn't care.
We had to wait for 2 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces along wi 3 other folks. I grant u a holiday weekend. But we ordered chicken in a chicken place. It was fair we were starved and the soda was great.

BAIT & SWITCH!!! The signs on the highway claim to be a buffet. They haven’t had a buffet since covid. They have a sign up over the buffet warmers that shows that it is only temporary. The employees will tell you that the buffet is never coming back. What else could you expect from a KFC!
