Hoping for a late night bite to eat after work. Hours say they close at 11 but at 10:50 they turned away me and the car in front of me. Very disappointed. I'm glad cookout sticks to their hours!!

First off I am pregnant and was craving fries. I ordered on the app so I could get the free fries for the deal on Fridays. I did curbside and the lady who brought out my order was rude. When I asked if the sauces and everything else were in the kids meal boxes she said yes then walked away quickly. By the time I looked and noticed my fries weren’t there she was gone. The drive thru line was too long to wait with groceries in the car and I felt too nauseous to go inside. Will definitely keep my business at the Huffman mill rd location where the customer service is much better.

Just bought some fries from this McDonald's and dumped out the fries on a plate and there was a dead bug in the bottom of the container. So nasty. Will not be back to this store ever. Called the store and lady on the phone seem to be not to concerned about it.

This location has been through some major changes. You never know what you will get from day to day. There are some amazing employees and there are some that don't give a hoot! Believe me it shows Thank you to those that come to work with a smile and a willingness to help make customers day with a good hot and quick meal. My breakfast favorite Big Breakfast with hotcakes and steak; pretty good. And in any drive thru PLEASE check your items before you leave the location. It's very frustrating to order, pay, drive home only to find something wrong or missing. Praying it get better, love this location

They care more about the drive thru timer than customers. Almost every car was asked to pull ahead. I pulled ahead and the lady at the drive through proactively told me it would be just about a min. 15 min later, I go in to get my own food. This was after watching all the other pulled ahead cars get their food. I only ordered three breakfast items, nothing special, so should have been super easy. Finally, order in hand we pulled over to another spot to check the order and eat. On a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin... a flagship item, no cheese. So 15-20 min of wait time, and an incorrect sandwich I went into the store pretty upset. Manager was slow to come to the front, and had several excuses like "something was wrong with the grill" and "it's a shift change". I'm sure there is not a 10am shift change but whatever. He apologized, said he'd personally make sure the sandwich was correct and refunded part of the order.Get back to the car, sandwich was fire t but poorly made. The McMuffin wasn't toasted at all. Just a plain uncooked English muffin. Disappointing after the effort and long wait. Not the first bad experience here so I won't be back. Pulling customers ahead in the drive through is just hiding the inefficiencies and issues at this location.#customersovercounters

Terrible!! I ate here once and my Big Mac at at least a POUND of Long Island sauce on it! I also got a quarter pounder and it was all messed up!
