This 1 ⭐️ is specifically for the white girl with black hair!!! (Read below)I walked in to place an order “to-go”. There was a black girl with braids by the cash register frying up some tortillas. The white girl with black hair had her back towards me by the meat area. She was texting on her phone and didn’t even notice me standing there. The black girl helped a woman who placed an online order, and the white girl was still texting away on her phone. Finally after the black girl realized that she wasn’t going to help me she walked over to me and took my order. It was at that moment the white girl turned around and saw me. Moe’s needs to implementing a “no phone policy” while at work because this is ridiculous!

Why give out coupons if you can’t take them? My bf and I came in last night around 6:30. Starting off, when we were ordering, the lady was too busy talking to coworkers to even listen to our order. Also had a bad attitude. When we got to the register to pay, we had a coupon for a free cup of queso. The girl at the register said it wouldn’t scan if we didn’t have it on the app, (which it was). Just told us “oh well”. Didn’t even offer to help and we felt rushed because SHE was getting anxiety. I worked in the food industry and if you don’t like your job, simply find another. Simple as that. The chips were beyond greasy as well. Chipotle it is from now on! Also not to mention it was $25 for two bowls! Ridiculous

The evening staff working at 8:45pm on 02/13/24 was very unprofessional, rude and showed lack of customer service , common courtesy and more . & yes I let the cashier know before I left to inform the others being she was the only one who show common courtesy. I will also be calling corporate.

Great place, really nice workers, clean. We eat here all the time and it’s great. The price is right and the food is better than Chipotle. Yeah, I said it. Highly recommend. Never disappointed.

For the low low price of $16 you can get Moes takeout and get extremely under portioned! I did a review on the Moes in Mebane. They had similar problems. This bowl was so under portioned that the free bag of chips and salsa weighed more that the bowl. The bowl had a couple ingredients missing from it as well. It had about 2oz of steak. I assume this is just lazy employees that under portion because they don’t want to cook more food or the fact that your not standing in front of them makes them think they can get away with it. Either way, I wouldn’t recommend getting takeout from any Moes in the area.

Needed to use the bathroom before I got food and all I'm going to say is I ended up not ordering. It's NO way they clean the bathroom everyday. It was disgusting!

The female employee that helped us acted like she just didn't really feel like being there she wasn't rude or anything she just acted like she'd rather be somewhere else . and the food really wasn't all that good , I didn't finish my food because the flavor was just blah.

Monday, Nov 13 @ 4pm, there was nobody in line, no greeting from server behind the counter, beans were crusted over, black beans very little in the pan and pintos were full with juice slopped over into black beans. Gave my order and asked if they had fresh beans since they were crusted over. The server scooped down into the pinto pan and brought up fresh scoop and said there...want pinto or black beans. Honestly, with the attitude and the condition of the entire food bar I responded by saying...neither actually nor do I care to eat anything from this location and we left.
Best Moe's I've been to(and I have gone to a lot of Moe's!) Always clean and food is fresh and good.

Used to be my go to place, but since they've hiked the prices up it's no longer something I treat myself with a lot, only maybe once a month now instead of once a week. I miss the original menu and the joey bag of donuts for $6 it's depressing everything is going up but our wages are staying the same.. life's not as easy as it was 40 years ago thanks to corporations like this being greedy and hiking their prices up.. what a disappointment Moe's.
