We have gone here a few times & the food is always good, it's clean, and the way it's designed & laid out, even though the place is huge, the design gives one a sence of privacy & intimacy. Also the waiting staff always does a good job. But this particular visit, we got a young waiter named Brandon. He was OUTSTANDING! We go out to eat often, and rarely do we get the level of service Brandon gave us tonight. We wanted for nothing. We never had to look for our waiter as he was checking on us often & before we had to ask for more to drink, he would come over and top off our glasses. His attitude, demeanor, and pure joy of the job he was doing for us shined through. He took a very good meal & experience, and made it incredible. What realy made it great was we were taking our friends out for a meal after a while back they took us to one of their favorite restaurants, and as we left my friend said he has not had that good of service in a very long time.Brandon, thank you so much for helping us have a wonderful time, I just hope the management knows just how special you are. To them, I say, No, I don't know, am not friends with, NOR did Brandon ask me to post this. I just felt I had to as he is that extremely good at what he does. We will ask for his area the next time we visit here.Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of handicap spaces, (yes I am handicapped) and ramps, so it's easy for wheelchairs. They have tables that have a booth type seat on one side & chairs on the other, so a waiter could easily remove a chair for someone to sit who is in their wheelchair.

I ventured into Olive Garden for the first time at 24, seeking solace in a plate of spaghetti during a rough patch. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a gastronomic misadventure I won't be repeating. Expecting a comforting classic, I was instead presented with a bizarre linguine-spaghetti hybrid that had the dubious distinction of smelling like baby's first culinary mishap. Shockingly, the waiter confessed this dish had a fan club of complainers. He graciously removed it from my bill, probably to prevent any further assault on my senses. Despite his kindness, this culinary tragedy has firmly decided my stance: I've officially broken up with Olive Garden. Farewell, unlimited breadsticks, guess our love was never meant to be.

Service was great. Salad and breadsticks were good. Our food tasted like yesterday's leftovers. 3 of us ordered 3 separate dishes and all of it was sub par. Everything was very dry.

We don't eat here often since my husband isn't a fan. I placed a To go order for my self the salad and bread was delicious but we ordered a build you own pasta and there was barely sauce and they didn't put the chicken I ordered in it. We had the fried ravioli as an appetizer and it was beyond fried it was hard to chew.. the staff that came to check on us in the parking lot was very nice and helpful.

No bread , my bread was refilled once while I was there 2 hours , at this point just go to reb lobster or Texas Roadhouse they have better bread that’s at least hot after a more than half an hour

Went for dinner & decided to stop at this location because it was closer for everyone to meet. We eat at other locations often and have never had an issue. We went around 9pm & hardly anyone was there. For starters it had taken 25 minutes to get our drinks. Then our appetizer came out wrong, and we had to ask for refills multiple times before receiving one. The waitress gave excuses the entire time & did not appear to be in the right state of mind to be working. Once our food finally came out, part of our party didn’t get their food (there was only 4 of us.) We were finished eating by the time the rest of our party received their food. The food was NOT what they wanted. We spoke with the manager and he brushed us off and acted aggravated with our frustration. Our server never returned. We will never be returning to this location. They need to do better.

I never leave reviews wether it be good or bad unfortunately this was the first time I’ve been to an Olive Garden and was so upset that I had to. Tonight I went in with my girl friend for dinner on march 16th at 7 PM and we stood at the bar behind people sitting for at least 5 minutes without the bar tender looking at us or saying hello. Mind you there are a total of 4 people at the bar. That being said is once we sat down it took about another 6-8 minutes for him to say hello. This was completely ridiculous. Not busy not making a drink nothing just cleaning up some. I wasn’t mad I didn’t get a drink right away I was mad it took over 10 min before I even got a hello even the hello was more of a rude and not wanting to be there attitude than a welcoming feeling. Again I love Olive Garden and now have a horrible taste in my mouth when it comes to all of them. I will never come to the Olive Garden in Burlington again solely because of the bar tenders lack of give a darn and horrible attitude.
