They just don’t really care how they put a sandwich together(photo attached). A sandwich should be built, not just thrown together.They prices are outrageous, you wait on your self, bus your own table & they expect you to leave a tip. I have a tip: “Get it together”

Placed an order for a green passion, smoothie, a chicken Fuji apple salad, and a Napa almond chicken sandwich. Was no chicken on my salad. I paid too much to not get exactly what I order.. do better.

Beware I was charged a gratuity on my bill which was more then my order and when I brought it up to there attention they couldn’t refund it for me. Had to dispute it with my bank . Never will go back .

Fuji apple salad was piled high with lettuce then covered with the spinach I request. Lettuce and other salad greens wilted and old. A lot of young kids working at this location. Sounds like high school in the back. I reported the salad to the manager but did not ask for a new one as the food is well below the standard of Panera Bread.

Went here for just a smoothie. The cashier named ANAKAREN, a white woman, sounding like she was “crying” or something going on with her nose tells me she’ll “be with me in a minute.” It sounded almost as if she were just waiting at the intercom because her breathing was audible for like the first few minutes. I end up sitting and waiting for like 13 minutes tops until I circle around because a car was behind me. I pull around and the car behind me has their order placed and then she’s ready to take mines as they pull forward. I’m not sure if she forgot I had been waiting or what. Not sure what that was about but it seems as if the staff are bad for business. I rarely go here and now I know not to contribute any of my money to them. They’re slow as ever. All I know is she may have a disability or something she seemed kind of off didn’t even bid like professional “Have a nice day.”

I've been to Wal-Marts were they treat you better than here. Worst customer service I've experienced in years. The management Staff should be ashamed of themselves. If they even cared but based on the attitude of everyone working they do not.

By far the worst customer service…drive thru super slow. Only person in line and waited 26 mins for soup in a bread bowl. Not typically a review person but this experience was by for the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Never again.

This restaurant has really gone downhill. Today's experience was the last time for me. From the front door to the exit. To start, register attendant tried to overcharge me, had an attitude, floors and tables and chairs were filthy, staff yelled at customers because they were in the waiting area and were in their way, oh yeah and long wait times (see a correlation there), broccoli in the soup was crunchy, baguette bread dried out, some of the lettuce on the sandwich was bad/going rotten, plastic silverware. Just a bad experience. This is an overall store wide mindset, which requires management to get involved. I am sure this does not meet Panera Bread's standards. You used to do better. Do it again.

They used paper bowls and plastic spoons rather than real, probably to reduce dishwashing. Not as nice as other Paneras.
