They didn’t have drivers so they delivered with doordash drivers. Everything would have been fine if it arrived in reasonable time, we ordered at 9:23pm and estimate was at 11:04pm (most recent update). Ordered on Papa Johns app but could only receive refund upon calling doordash about it. If you don’t have the means to provide a service, don’t promise it. I live 5 minutes away for context

Don’t waste your time or your money. Every time we order it is wrong. Manager gets an attitude if you complain so we don’t bother anymore. Apparently special instructions are more of a suggestion than a request they honor. Twice they have canceled my order without so much as a phone call.

Manger Extremely RUDE, I did not receive a 2 liter with my order, asked driver she said they didnt give it to her, so called the store and Manger said door dash deliveres for them during the day im okkaaayyy I still didnt receive a drink, Manger said ITS NOT HER PROBLEM to make sure the driver has it cause the cooler is up front... so I dont get a $3.50 2liter cause you two have horrible Communication, which is not my fault I'm the customer who ordered OFF OF PAPA JOHNS WEBSITE.. I couldn't believe how rude she was.. blew my mind!!

Worst pizza I have ever gotten from there. Hardly any toppings. Should replace it. Spent $24.45. And then when the driver got here she didn't have change for a $20 after the guy on the phone told me they only bring enough change for a $20. Don't know what's going on there but I'm going somewhere for now
I ordered the Papadia Cool Ranch. Actually 3 of them for my family and not one of them had cool ranch sprinkled on top as in advertisement. Umm that was one of the selling points to buy it and try. Overall it was ok but if you’re going to advertise a product then stand by what you advertise. Just my opinion Pizza Hut Parmesan garlic taste better.

Ghetto, nasty and it smelled like a pot factory when I opened the door. The workers didn't want to work. I was told I would have to place my order online they couldn't do it. Do worry I will not be back

The guy closing the store on 1/24/23 said he couldn't do take out after 10:15. Just a poor employee I'm sure. Place was filthy. Spend your money elsewhere.
