We decided to try a Pizza Hut Melt. I know it's supposed to be crispy but ours was burnt. I mean dark brown. When you place your order, ask for one that's edible!!

The absolute worst! Ordered 2 meat lovers, & was delivered 1 pepperoni!The driver even said this happens all the time!Pizza Hut is a joke!

**Disclaimer** I am originally from the Philly area. We KNOW what good pizza should taste like. This is the kind of place, that you go to for a 'quickie' to satisfy your hunger on those days when cooking sounds like a Herculean task and you really don't feel like getting dolled up or...dressed...to go to a better place. Nope. This is the equivalent to another major name brand fast food place for when you crave a hamburger. However, with all of this being said, each location is pretty reliable in how your pizza will look/taste. There isn't much difference in locations. It is what it is. There is something very weirdly comforting in this thought. I am still surrounded by boxes, with most of my pantry somewhere in the wilds of the boxes in my kitchen. I open my new fridge & it is a barren wasteland that only has creamer & milk (cereal does not require anything other than a bowl, a spoon & milk). I have had a very weird week so far & it's just Tuesday. My energy levels are very low & so....I was in need of a 'quickie'. I must say, I used to have to order some small item with my pizza to meet the delivery minimums so, silver lining to Covid I guess. I only had to order my pizza. The friendly delivery guy was very prompt and I actually got a hot pizza delivered. It had been a long while since I got a hot pizza so it was a very pleasant surprise. I open the box & there it is. My hand tossed garlic crust cheese pizza. I know to take a handful of paper towel to daub the top of the pizza...I mean come on. It may be a quickie but it's still Pizza Hut. Once that was finished, I see that yes, there is the obligatory browned cheese on top of a sloppy and thick crust with bland sauce. Still...it's very satisfying. Another silver lining to ordering from the Hut is this; Cold Pizza Hut is some of the BEST cold pizza ever so left overs are always welcome here! I can look forward to a couple more meals with the cold left overs. All in all, you get what you pay for which nowadays is something to look forward to. This is actually a value given the prices as well as some of the other pizza delivery charges. While I don't recommend making a habit of the Hut, for what it is I find it to be an old 'friend'.

The worst service ever......we placed our order at 7:41PM and its now 9:48PM and still haven't received our order....called the number that's supposed to be the store number and was supposed to be transferred to a manager that never answered.then after calling back 6 more times I was finally told that our order was canceled a minute after we placed it.....If I could give no stars thats what I would give.....NEVER ORDERING FROM PIZZA HUT EVER AGAIN

These morons don't bring you silverware when you order pasta. It's common sense if you're delivering to a hotel that the people in it won't have their own silverware.

OMG! My mother and I ordered a very expensive pizza today and it was the worst pizza ever. When it was delivered, it was cold and dry. I'm serious. We were so disappointed. I will never order there again. $23.00 for a dry, cold, skimpy pizza. Don't waste your money!

Worst customer Service I've had in a long time they post on their marquee two pizzas two toppings special that they won't honor it! At least that's what the girl behind the counter said with the septum piercing. Where is the Customer Service anymore not a Papa John's
Very disappointed. My order was not complete.And staff was very argumentative. I asked for the name of the regional manager and was told that they didn't know! I will not be giving them my business.

Hung up the phone after waiting on hold for six minutes with not one person answering the phone on a Monday at 2:45 in the afternoon. Manager should be fired.

I ordered a pizza at 6:21pm. At the time, it said that it would be delivered in 45-55 minutes. When I placed the order, they said 66-76 minutes...... okay..... well, according to the tracker it should have been here about half an hour ago. We are going on about 114 minutes. I've been on hold for about 25 minutes. Hope the driver is okay!!! Finally got in touch with a manager who is not on site. My kids are falling asleep :( and we still have no pizza. and I am still on hold. And now it's 8:17. And momma's hangry......

Last night we order our pizza @7:22pm gave us a time of 1 hour and they did not arrive until 9pm .. They usually not like this when I ask to speak with manger she states her manger was busy. She even hung up the phone. I never had a problem with pizza hut period. My Pizza was not as good as usual,they told me my pizza would still be hot No it was warm. I spent over $30 on food that was not worth paying for. Having a hungry family was not a good thing.

We are in the habit of using this Pizza Hut Store a d have been for years. Our order tonight was late, part of the order left out, the container of sauce was upside down with no lid to be found. I tried to reach h PH by phone, noone answer's no matter what number I click, of course no local answer and e-mail doesn't work. Want our money back.
