Not satisfied at all the pizza was disgusting ?We’ve ate the other sir pizzas and nothing like this oneWe ate in got this then we went to get refills just too be told there was no tea that would have been nice too know before we ordered we also told them we needed ranch in the beginning when ordering just for them to bring the pizza out we asked for ranch to be brought back 1 ranch for 3 people and a medium pizza and on top of all that we had to ask for PLATES terrible customer service

I was thrilled to see Sir Pizza come to Burlington. Now I don’t have to wait until I go to Asheboro. Sir Pizza was my ‘regular’ Friday night date many many years ago. Hope you will grow quickly and be able to expand your dine in area. I will be back!!!!

I tried to order delivery, the website has a pay cash option BUT an hour after I placed my order I was called and told that my order was ready but they don’t have any delivery drivers and only do delivery through doordash that I have to pay with a card or they just cancel the order. So I am left with no food and little to no options as most restaurants close at 9:00. If I was going to pay with a card then I would have on their website, don’t have the option available if it not and why they decided to wait until the pizza was ready to call me to check to see if a card was even a possibility is just poor management and customer service .

We went to try Sit Pizza for the first time and I will have to say very disappointed the grease was so much on the pepperoni pizza that it leaked onto my car through the corners of the pizza box on the drive home. My wife and child looked at it and said oh we can’t eat that that’s too greasy. It was our first time if you like greasy pizza, OK but if you don’t choice find somewhere else service was fine pleasant but the business was slow. Only one person eating there. No one else has ordered a pizza while I was there. I don’t know I was out on the corner

This Burlington location has gotten better at the amount of toppings on their pizza, BUT their salads have less and less and they are charging more and more. This location is owned by the High Point folks not the Asheboro or Randleman folks and you can surely tell the difference in price and value for their food.
