I dined in here Super Bowl Sunday. An employee turned on the game shortly after kickoff and sang 5 or 6 lines from the Star Bangled Banner from the kitchen, I was the only customer at that point. I took it as a political statement though I had done nothing to warrant it.Corporate said I misunderstood… they wasn’t even there… more or less hung up on me.This is not the first time I’ve had poor service at this location. Not looking for a freebie, just sharing my experience.

Don’t bother making an online order. While every other business allows you to pick up an online order at the drive thru window, this business does not. I’ve worked in customer service and marketing for some time, and it was surprising that they did not take this step to accommodate their customers on the go. Epic fail, and major bummer. I’d suggest finding ways to help your customers, not inconvenience them. I’ll take my BBQ business elsewhere.
