Waited over 30 minutes to order and at the 45 minute mark left with no food and they never let me order or even said hold on. There was only two cars in the drive through and only one in the car parking spot. Worst place there is for service would stay away

Horrible experience. The general manager should be ashamed the ordering systems are brok3lrn the staff is rude. Waited 25 minutes for food after it taking 15 minutes to order only to have to walk up to get the missing food. Asked for the general managers name and number only for the girl to laugh and walk away. Also you need to train your crew on the menu items .

Sit at stall with button pushed for 10 minutes...nobody says a thing. In the meantime, 3 people get helped through the drive thru. Pathetic service and worse food. Do not suggest eating here

My family loves Sonic. This is just a bad location. The quality has been poor in the past so it's been two years since we visited. We decided to try again last week to get my kids a fun treat, but they were out of large cups, x-large cups, ice cream, and slushie mix.

Owner deshawn and Erica are very DISTURBING people they do not know how to run a business someone needs to call corporate and report them immediately.My experience: I ordered a simple shake and when I got to the window some woman had an attitude when i told her it was wrong. She told me" well it's almost closing time, go to McDonald's if you like". In shock I asked her name and she said Kendra so I will def be going to corporate. This is unacceptable.

I ordered a small Heath Bar blast thru the drive thru. The total was 5.75 at the window and the menu board read 4.39. When I got to the window, the employee took my card and I asked why so much more cost than what was on the menu board. She shrugged her shoulders and said i don't know. Then someone hands me my blast and it barely has any heath bar in it. The further I dig in the cup, there is very little in there. Virtually nothing. So I asked to speak to the manager and the employee says the owner is here. I said let me speak to them. He comes over. I tell him what I got, there is barely any heath in it and I show him my blast and he replies with I don't know I don't make them. I asked if he was the owner and he says yes and I say you do make themBecause you own the store. So that is a direct reflection of you. He says there is nothing I can do. I say but it is something you can do. Gimme my money back I don't want your overpriced subpar ice cream. I will never vist this sonic again and I will be in touch with sonic corporate about it. Very sad when the owner is a joke.

I wish I could give zero stars, they don’t deserve even one. When attempting to order inside the employees ignored us for >5 mins and then proceeded to state that the drive thru was their priority and we should get in the drive thru if we want food. I said we wanted to eat inside and she said well you’ll have a bit of a wait and proceeded to ignore us again. There were two people working the drive thru window and 3 cars in the drive thru when we left. There were also 3 additional employees working in the back food prep area that were on their phones. I could have ordered in the time it took for her to say she wouldn’t wait on me. The attitude displayed was the rudest I’ve experienced in a while and did not align with the C.A.R.E. Never got my drink after 20 min for 1 drink in app I had to call to get a refund they act like this is not a job they just ignore you til you leave 4 of us left dirty rude inside doors always locked all stalls blocked off I will never go back and plan to put this on all social medias wouldn't recommend this sonic to my dog I'm going to make sure that I put this review on every single website I save others the time and trouble this is ridiculous you can kiss your $1,000 goodbye a year Don't bother eating hereit will take you 30 minutes if your lucky to get your order

Food is fine if you get it. I've tried to go there many times but I'll push through button and wait 20+ minutes with no service. Trying the drive through gets you nothing either.

Love, love, love this Sonic! The people here are great and customer service is very important to me. Wendy worked on getting us the best deal and Justin was kind enough to get us our refill. The inside was nice and clean. I’ll definitely be back to this one. Keep up the great work!?Parking: Has parking for indoor dining.

I stopped in there tonight for one RT 44 cherry limeade. I placed the order through the app and drove to the location. I put in my stall number and after about 10 minutes of sitting there the screen finally said someone was on their way with my drink. Nobody came. After about 5 more minutes of waiting I hit the red button. I was ignored. After about 5 minutes more I decided that I was too mad to even speak with someone on site. I just cannot imagine the scenario where you would clear someone's order out and never even acknowledged that they are on the property. My order was one drink for $3 and I even left a tip on that. As I left I watched two of the incompetent employees outside on their phones and smoking. It was best for me to just lose my $3 tonight. Unacceptable, period! Pay some decent employees Sonic! They ain't it!

Took 15 min to get my food. Was good for the $1.99 burger. It came with lettuce and tomato. The drinks are so expensive these days. I gave it a five star because I know the store gets paid when they get the ratings. However it's a 2 star fast food restaurant. The person who came and brought my order skates hella good and was nice. You can't find a burger for $2 these days with cheese so I can recommend this does taste like fast food decent.
