They don’t even know how to make their drinks ??‍♀️ I ordered a sweet cream cold brew and what they handed me looked like a latte. I asked them to fix it and it looked like they poured some out added a bunch of ice, no sweet cream to be found.

We were traveling back from VA and stopped in for coffee. EVERYONE was so nice and took time speaking with us while we waited. They seem genuinely interested in everyone and it made for great conversation while waiting. Will have to make this a stop on the way to VA and back from now on!

I ordered a venti iced brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso in the drive thru, when I got to the window I was handed a grande, the young lady at the window was very pleasant and went to fix it immediately however the barista that brought my drink out was rather rude. I asked for a straw and she rolled her eyes like I was asking to much. Then to make matters worse I gotta cup full of ice ? I would definitely like my money back.

Soooo this particular establishment had extremely poor customer service….and it’s not all that clean.for all my Starbucks girlies we would agree that trips to Starbucks should be an entire experience from beginning to end…let’s dodge this location.Cashier’s attitude was nasty and even when she was greeted with Hello How are You? She said absolutely nothing.Don’t waste your time or money here. Wish i would have left instead of giving this location my business.Drinks were good though.Parking: Fine.

The girls that work here are super rude. Always faster service with a smile when it's the all male team here. Also today the bathrooms (both of them) were disgusting and in need of toiletries.

Rather than leave a bad review on the MEBANE store I came here to say … I live in Mebane NC and the Starbucks is less than a mile away and I’d gladly drive the 13 miles to university dr just simply for the service! These ppl are amazing ! Everyone speaks to you, you are taken care of quickly and the quality is always on point! They know who I am when I walk in the door and they never ignore me or anyone else for that matter. Give them all raises !

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this store . Starting from ordering the bacon egg and cheese sandwich & the bacon still looks completely raw. Order ahead 3 out of 5 times out the week isn’t ready at estimated pick up time , my venti coffee always has a inch and a half from the top of the cup (why pay for more when you don’t get it ) & today I’m behind myself for work & when I get there my order isn’t ready and it’s past pick up time . I don’t have time to wait so I asked for my order to be cancelled and I get told to hold on a minute and then the girl comes back and says my drink is on the bar & it wasn’t . Instead of understanding I didn’t have time to wait for them due to them being busy I just needed my money back and to cancel the order , they had me wait & for nothing . At this point I’ll stop spending the minimum of 6.35 5 days out the week and half of those days I get breakfast so it’s 12.49 those days . I’m tired of inconsistent product as well as always expected to be understanding of being busy but the store isn’t understanding of my job when I don’t have time to wait on them . Order ahead is used for a reason .

i don't like leaving bad reviews BUT i went in saturday, asked for my usual in my usual size. my go to is a grande, therefore, i buy grande reusable cups! makes sense right? so i roll in with my lovely little 16oz green reusable starbucks branded and approved cup. i ask for my silly little starbies drink and wait! wait time was long, nothing out of the usual for a saturday morning, i was running late but that's on me!!! my name is called and lo n behold!!!! cup was less than 3/4 full! i'm in shock at this point! appalled! baffled! i check my order to make sure i ordered a grande and yes! so i VERY POLITELY ask, "hey, uhhhhhhhh.....is this a venti cup?" i've worked food service, i get it, i also hate when customers make a comment or complain. the dude that made my drink sighs and says "yes. but you asked for a grande, so it's not full." with the most annoyed look on his face. I HAVE SOCIAL ANXIETY i KNOW i brought in a grande cup i've used it so many times!!! i've had a starbies gold card for like 5+ years i think!!!anyway yeah, not that serious but i felt like venting heheattached pics of my GRANDE 16oz cup i brought in next to my VENTI for cold drinks (24oz vs 20oz when hot)

The guy who made our drinks is new...he needs to work on his speed & efficenticy. The carmel ribbon crunch didnt taste like usual.
