This subway is one of the most disgusting restaurants I’ve ever seen. You can plainly see that it’s dirty from over the counter. The employees act like there’s no management whatsoever, and they hardly ever have what you need to make a sandwich. The powers that be need to understand that this store is an accident, incident, or something else just waiting to happen. If anybody I know when I walked into Walmart is a in line at this store, I will be sure to voice to them loudly so everybody else in line knows what I’m saying. And it sucks too because I like subway. Get your you know what in order.

Horrible....not the employees fault. Two employees with just a couple of days of training were left to run the restaurant. No manager on site. Sandwiches were made poorly because the employees didn't know what ingredients went on what sandwich. They tried their best, but this is just a poorly managed store, especially if the manager left to brand new employees to run the store.

The environment has totally changed here. I've ordered sandwiches twice recently and the bread was incorrect and missing toppings. This used to be my favorite subway. Please work on speed and customer service.

The food here is Awful! The best subway is on Davis St. Our food was messed up and I used my points. I emailed the manager who is very rude and I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Yall can keep the nasty food and rudeness!!! No long paragraph needed, just take your hard earned money elsewhere!

I’ve ordered delivery from this location twice. They either give you the food they want you to eat, or you don’t get half of your order. I tried giving them the benefit of doubt the first time, but the second time tells me that I shouldn’t support this business anymore.

There's a crazy older white blonde woman here that will ruin your sub and put less meat on it if you don't pay attention even if you paid for a deluxe sub with her excuse of "sub won't close" it's ridiculous and when i politely told her she got an attitude and started throwing things around, used to be a regular buying 2 subs at time with extras 2 - 3 times a week , now I barely come here whenever i don't see her there

Awful first she burnt my sub after I waited in line 30 minutes. then she remade my sub meatball it only had two meatballs on the whole sub. Will not be going back to the subway ever. Even got a burnt hole in my wrapper I mean really

Not the best subway. I think from now on I will travel further to get better food.This place is chaos and not clean.Placed a order on the APP. Was suppose to be ready at 1:50 I got there at 2:00 and it still wasn’t done. I told him it was fine and I shopped for 30 minutes.Got back and it still wasn’t ready. The guy was having to do it all by himself.There was a lady in the back. Not sure what she was doing but I didn’t get my (3) subs until like 2:50. She ended up leaving him by himself bout 15 mins before he finished.He wasn’t the nicest, but I prolly wouldn’t be either if I were doing the pickup & walk-in orders all by myself.The subs were missing toppings and some where the wrong bread.Also the olives taste… odd.This place has definitely went downhill & I won’t be back.ALSO the prices at this one are more expensive than the other one on maple ave or whatever.

Not the best experience I've had. I'm currently moving so instead of cooking I figured I'd get a sub from Subway as I had received a coupon sheet in the mail so it would work out pretty well. Not so much. I went up to begin ordering. The woman that assisted me asked what I would like so I said a footlong and showed her my coupon for a 7.99 footlong with chips and small fountain drink and she said today was the last day for the coupon implying I would not be able to use it. I checked my coupon to verify the expiration date and it's 08/20/22. Once that was made clear she proceeded to make my sandwich and as she grabbed the mustard it slipped out of her hands a couple of times probably from oil and she stated that the previous workers had not cleaned the dressing bottles. She did not change her gloves or wipe them off before continuing to slice my food. Then when I handed her my coupon she told me I could not use it on my order as they did not have fountain drinks that I could get a Gatorade or some tea instead. I asked if that would still work with my coupon and she told me no it wouldn't with a slight tone...then offered a discount on my sandwich. Disappointed but hungry and ready to just go home I said ok. I'm only giving 2 stars because my sandwich was refreshing after a hot day of packing and moving but I'm glad I will be near a different Subway. I work in retail and I understand the inner workings and shortage issues currently and I believe this could have been handled differently.

Very disappointed! Took advantage of the special that was only available for an online order. Big mistake and I will not use online ordering ever again. My subs were awful. I asked for provolone cheese...none added. I asked for extra sauce on the meatballs...none added. The meatballs are so small it's not even funny.
