This is the slowest service I have received. If it wasn’t for my 5 year old begging for Subway I would not have waited- but I promised my big boy a sub. What’s the point of an ordering speaker if you don’t use it! Do better please…

Got there to order the buffaloe chicken sandwich but they were out of chicken, they had bread waiting to be baked sitting out, and the only toppings they had to choose from were green peppers, lettuce, tomato, pickles, spinach and onion of which the peppers, onion, and spinach had gone brown and looked gross. Then they had no cups for drinks, no ice, and the fountain drinks were basically just fizz water. And they had no operational restrooms. It just seems like they can't keep items stocked or fresh and is unsanitary. Might as well be closed especially when one of the people working can't be bothered to work, she just paces back and forth while she gossips.

I came by at 8:45 for a sandwich and the doors were already locked. They close at 9pm. The guy cleaning the case looked at me, the ignored me to keep cleaning.

amazing customer service, very nice employees made my sandwich exactly how i wanted it and weren't greedy at ALL with toppings

I would not even give this store a 1 star but I had to. Our sub was made wrong and the soda taste awful. We went back into the store and the lady at the counter was very rude. She was picking through the sub with no gloves.Wr we asked for a new one she said that we had to buy another one.Dhe would not replace it. She also said there was nothing wrong with the soda What happened to the customer being right. I will never go back hereIf you go to this store be sure to go inside and look and watch what they are doing.

I came in here this afternoon (2/10) and a guy was infront of me. He was incredibly rude to the young lady behind the counter. However, this young lady kept her cool and did her job as she was supposed to. At one point she said "you need to respect me sir" but she didn't let him know she was bothered. Once he left, you could see in her eyes that she was hurt so I told her it would be okay and that's when she started to cry. I immediately went to the side and gave her a hug until she felt better. She apologized repeatedly again, even though she had nothing to apologize for. Doris if you ever get to see this... you should be proud of yourself. You stood up for yourself and didn't let that man disrespect you. You're amazing!

I placed my order on the app. We definitely got day old bread. 2 hot subs in the bag on top of the cold sub so of course the "cold" sub was no longer cold that was gross. Completed the app survey after that and got a response from a Regional Business Consultant for the North Carolina Subway Group who said I should hear directly from the franchisee within 24 hrs..its been about 8 or 9 days...no response...but I really did not expect one.

I didn't say anything special and they absolutley drenched my sub in oil and vinger. I've never had a place put so much oil and vinger on something.

It seems that subway has understood that 1. There is no competition 2. Only way to keep profits is to reduce floor from breads and reduce ingredients. If you are subways 10-15 years ago , and recently, you know what I am talking about. I really wish another business can challenge it.
