If you're in ever in the Burlington, NC area, stop by CIELITO NC for amazing Mexican Food and Drinks! It's cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and a menu bursting with mouthwatering dishes, it's the perfect place to unwind and savor an incredible meal. The menu offers diverse items to cater every palate, whether you're looking for a leisurely dinner with loved ones, a quick lunch catch-up with friends, or a solo meal at the bar (this was me today)!I tried the Cachete Machete, which is a Corn tortilla filled with tender Beef Cheek, Cheese, Peppers, Onions and Chipotle Glaze (this along with the peppers were an add-on). Topped with a Green and Red Sauce, pickled red onions and Pico de gallo!...Absolutely incredible to say the least.I followed this up with a couple of specialty drinks which were the Peach Mango and Coco Passion Margaritas! These drinks were definitely hitting, and you will without a doubt need a DD after 1 or 2 of these drinks!Overall this was an awesome experience and by far the best Mexican food in Burlington!

This place has only been open for a few months and we finally gave it a try! It is extremely loud when you walk in from both the music and people talking. We grabbed menus and ordered at the counter, but you can also order straight from the table (we didn't know until after we sat down). It can be a bit overwhelming walking in, but the staff was unbelievably kind. My husband I decided on sharing their version of a Hawaiian pizza and the ultimate nachos. I could not find the ultimate nachos on the menu, so I asked the cashier what was on them and was able to get things I didn't like on the side. My husband also ordered a margarita. They gave us a pager and we sat down outside. It was pretty chilly out, but they had a ton of heat lamps so it didn't feel like you were outside. My husband's drink came first and he said it was one of the best margaritas he has ever had. The pizza came next. The pizza crust wasn't my favorite, but the toppings were a great blend of flavors. The sweetness of the pineapple didn't overpower the dish. The nachos were served next. Great presentation, but I didn't care for the queso. I personally don't like queso, so if I knew there was queso on them, I wouldn't have gotten them. I could've sworn the cashier said it was shredded cheese. They were basic nachos that you could get at a bar, but the true star of the dish was the chicken and shrimp on them. Overall, it was a good first time experience. The place was crowded and they bussed and cleaned tables very quickly. All the food dishes that came by us looked delicious. We will definitely be back because I want to try their tacos next time.

Today was our first time trying this restaurant after riding by it several times and we were absolutely blown away!! The restaurant is very bright and open with plenty of seating and beautiful decor, along with a small bar area. Service was extremely friendly and fast, and newcomers like us were not rushed to order. There are several different ways to order which I thought was unique and very convenient. Staff was ready to answer any questions and provided us with anything we may need while we ate, including drink refills and taking away excess food trays/trash. My boyfriend and I both got quesabirria tacos that came with rice & beans and consommé. Our food was absolutely delicious, great portions and amazing flavor. There was a salsa station where you could grab a selection of different salsas to add to your tacos that also had extra diced onions and cilantro if you wished. The drinks were reasonably priced for the size of them and definitely were on the stronger side. Everything was great, the only thing I wish would be adjusted is a little bit more descriptive menu. The beans had pork in them which we did not know until we got our food, and would have avoided ordering them initially if we knew. Besides that one issue, everything was perfect and this will surely be my new go-to taco spot in the area!!

10/10 this place is pizza and tacos amazing. The vibe is on, and the outside seatings a nice touch. It's decorated and heated so comfortable to sit outside when it's cold. This spot is a true gem, great staff! Typically seat yourself unless on a wait, order through QR code or up front. If you like margs, you'll love this place!

My kids were craving pizza (no surprise there), so I remembered seeing this new place while passing by Lowes. Figured we'd give it a shot since our last nearby pizza spot was a letdown (looking at you, Mimi's).Let me tell you, we were impressed! What seemed like just a pizza joint turned out to be a combo of a taqueria and a cozy bar. Walking in, it appears to be a casual seat-yourself setup, and we chose a table inside near the window. The place had a lively vibe, colorful decor, and Mexican music videos playing on a large screen. It felt clean and smelled delicious. A friendly guy handed us menus, took our drink orders, and even offered to get our food sorted without us having to head to the cash register, which was a nice gesture.I settled on the Ultimate ACP bowl with an elote, while the kids went for pepperoni and cheese pizza. Besides the food being genuinely tasty, the standout was the excellent service. When my drink tasted a bit off, that same guy brought a fresh one without me saying a word. It was a thoughtful touch - as if he saw the syrup low in the machine and figured my drink probably wasn't that great. The ACP bowl was delicious and hearty--a definite thumbs-up. Although I couldn't manage to try the pizza, the kids enjoyed it, and it looked good.Missed out on ordering a drink this time, but I noticed others getting beautifully presented ones. The bar seemed well-stocked, promising some decent drinks for next time.Overall, a great find. I'll definitely be back--maybe even tag along with my husband on his Lowes trips just to swing by here. :DUPDATE: Tried the pizza. A bit dough-y and dull, but bound to appease any kid craving. This place is definitely not the best pizza in town, but again, if mom and dad want tacos and a margarita while the kids want decent pizza for the 9th time this week, then this is your go-to place!
