My partner and I visited this TR yesterday. Upon arrival, it was busy which is completely fine. However, there is a difference in staff being busy in a rush, and being extremely arrogant to their customers.Upon walking into the TR to get placed on a waitlist, i didnt get her name but she was the heavier set black lady with her hair up, was standing in between the doors at the “Decks” and asked me my name. I told her and let her know we haven’t put our names on the list yet (as is seems she was looking us up in the ipad). Well then instead of adding us to the list, she COMPLETELY ignores us and starts talking to other customers. So then I asked “can you add us the list here?” to which she CONTINUED TO IGNORE US. She was acting like we were not there! My partner and I just walked inside and talked to the white blonde lady at the hostess stand, who was a manager. She said we have to check in with the lady at the front. To which i let her know that she completely ignored us. instead of looking into that or acting if that is something out of the normal, she just placed us on the waitlist, quoting a 30 minute wait. the wait ended up being over an hour and my partner and I ended up leaving. Completely disrespectful staff.I have no issues waiting, my issue lies with the disrespect from the staff.

We couldn’t decide where to eat for an early dinner so we decided to go here for their early bird specials. I might be mistaken here but they used to do it much later? Anyways, food was good, the service not so much. Our server wasn’t really friendly and just look annoyed the whole time.
Went around 4 on a weekday day and there was a fair amount of people.We were seat right away, waitress was very prompt and friendly. Food was great besides my kids burgers a little too dry. I will return , decent price too!
