Today I chose the "Chia banana smoothie with peanut butter" ( it has lots of other goodies in it, but it gives you a visual ) very clean outside, nice helpful voice took my order and the got it right!!! Warm greeting at the window, which is a winner for me. No one wants a grumpy person handing them their food...right??! Can I just say I LVE the newest color choice! It's a pop of brightness that makes you smile. Great job once again. Great experience two Highly recommend, everyone enjoy

I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. The staff is horrible they do not care. I saw 2 roaches by the mobile/pick up orders that was my key to leave and will never be back. Thankfully 2 places close by have opened in the area and I will be taking my service else where.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, PLEASEIf you haven't noticed already, Tropical Smoothies all over NC are falling apart. This one is definitely at the top of the failures list.If you order any drink or food item and request to remove something like ginger, cheese, hell even turbinado, you will not receive what you requested. I've wasted plenty of money not receiving my Whey Protein and plenty of calories not having their added sugar removed.Spread the word, the sooner you can get friends and family to stop spending money here, the sooner they'll close shop.

I should state I have difficulty walking. I ordered 1 drink on lineI went to drive thru and was told you have to come inside. I explained I had problems walking. Again I was rudely told you have you come inside. I asked if someone could bring it out to me. Again I was told if you want it come inside. I asked for a manager and was told i am one (i doubt this) I said I risked falling and it would be their fault. They said ok come around. The person who brought it had an awful attitude and just pushed the drink toward me. I had paid for an edible straw and not gotten it. I showed her the receipt. She went back and on the way out she very obviously showed me she was breaking the straw. I just let it go

Waited in line at least 30 minutes with 3 cars in line including myself.They tried to hand me the wrong smoothie once, I said it wasn’t right, waited another 5 minutes, they came with the second smoothie, still wrong. Came back another 5 minutes with the right smoothie but it tastes like water. Staff acted like they couldn’t care less about their jobs.id give it a 0 if I could.

Good news and bad news. I'm in love with the menu and the food was good. However, the dining area was filthy. I was there for a little over an hour on 3/30/24 Saturday evening and the floors and tables were filthy and not one employee did anything about it.

Whoever the owner is for this place. PLEASE come save your business. The people working here are rude, inefficient, the place is dirty, trash and are full, no napkins, no customer service, tables are dirty. We saw people leaving the place complaining and not to say their rate is 96.0. It would be sad to see this place close knowing there are no tropical smoothies near by. The front cashier basically bluntly ignored me and continued to charge me without the order what I wanted. In complete shock with how terrible my experience was.

I waited more than 30 minutes in the drive through for my acia bowl. I watched as 4 cars left the drive through because of the lack of service from these workers. It took them 15 minutes to greet me at the ordering station, then another 15 just to get my bowl out. I was extremely disappointed with the work effort here.
Coming from FL this location sucks. I use to get this place in Fl weekly and it was slammed in Fl 10+ people in front of me and it still only took maybe 10 minutes to get my smoothie. Here in Burlington 3 cars in front of me and it took over 40 mins for me to get two smoothies, the service is ridiculous. When taking my order they weren’t friendly. When I got to the window it took another 5 mins for them to even acknowledge I was there. I’m very disappointed. Will not recommend this place to friends or family. I will find a new smoothie place that has friendlier staff and doesn’t take an hour to get a smoothie made. The smoothie itself was delicious but an 45 mins to an hour to get it is insane.

It tool them over 30+ min for a smoothie and a chicken wrap....they have had 7 people working in this Tropical Smoothie. You thought maple Sap coming out of. Trees is slow? It's slower here. I have been to Tropicsl Smoothies that got two people working. They making food quick & efficient, smoothies coming out real quick. Got 5+ people in line and got my stuff in 15 min......but we got 4 cars in line. Maybe 2 -3 customers inside. I waited for 40+ minutes. It may have been longer that.....I don't recommend this place if you don't have spare time to waste
