I dine there about once a month and the food and service are excellent. I’ve eaten several different entrees and all are great quality.Parking: Public lot about 200 feet from restaurant.Street parking not always empty spaces.
If it wasn't bad enough paying over $50 for only two pizzas (no drinks or sides) I received horrible customer service when picking up my order today. Wonderful younger girl was assisting me at the register, but is newer so she wasn't sure how to split the bill. She went to get help from an older woman, and the older woman completely belittled her. My company will do lunch orders from a different downtown business from now on.

This is our go-to place for Italian in Burlington for dinner. The menu is large and varied. All the foods have great sauces across many types, and they are all delicious. The bread sticks are awesome. Service is never less than excellent. But for us, the best thing is the portion sizes. We always have another meal or two to eat at home. Prices are reasonable also. Excellent parking facilities are located just a few steps away, with on street and parking lot available.
Food is very delicious. I've had pizza from here a few times now, definitely worth a visit if you enjoy great pizza!

Ordering and pickup process difficult. Unorganized. Food was not very hot when I picked, even though I was earlier than quoted. Sodas literally locked up with a pad lock. Felt very expensive for what I actually got. Now the inside ambiance seemed very nice. Quiet and quaint. May give dine in a try.

Called to make reservations for Sat. January 6 at 5 pm and was told they don't take reservations but I shouldn't have any trouble getting a table. Was there for a show next door for my wife's birthday. Got there at 5 pm as planned and they weren't even open. Website said nothing. Pretty disappointing as we were from out of town and had to scramble for a Plan B. If you can't depend on a place to be open when they say they are, then it's not worth giving them your money.

This is my favorite place to get pizza. The problem is getting someone to answer the phone. And when they do, they put you on hold forever and never come back (I always hang up before they return, so I don’t know how long it would actually take). I assume they’re understaffed. That’s a shame because the pizza is great. Just can’t get it.
