The juke box was too loud and wen we asked for it to be turned down . They didn't do it ! The black guy in the kitchen was wearing shades . Food was left off our order . The waitress caught an attitude.

Went there Sunday food was terrible raw and fatty bacon waited 45 min for waffles waiter was no help taking out trash then picking up silver wear for tables..been here before had bo issues but will not go back chicken sandwich looked liked someone balled up and threw on

The food was fine, but it seems like 10-15 mins in to us eating we were forgotten about. The cook did a great job, and consistently was working, but the two other employees were not so great my waitress didn't even bring refills. Was scrolling on her phone the whole time & I had to walk to get my bill, when usually they bring it. and I'm telling you I gave her some time to bring it back to us, tidied our table up and everything.

Very friendly staff & best place to eat by far for any time of day or night. I'm a dasher so getting my order right everytime keeps me coming back. So far no matter who is working when I come in to eat everyone is always friendly. They treat you like they've known you your whole life & cook like you're their family. Never a bad vibe always a positive atmosphere. This place is very well kept even when super busy I don't know how they stay on top of things with so many orders & people to tend to but they do it with ease & communication. Great job. I'm proud to be a patron of this establishment. Thanks for my hot breakfast this morning.

Delish!! The hubs took us all to Waffle House for breakfast while visiting North Carolina from California. I said, Hot Damn, this is awesome! Elisa, our waitress extraordinaire, was a breath of fresh air. Great energy and kindness served us the best breakfast we've all had in a long time....tasted like home. Great job Waffle House!!

I usually avoid Waffle House. I have special needs and those little booths don't really fit a knee that doesn't want to bend, or a service animal. However, we went to the Burlington WH and I must say, it was a welcome surprise. The food was as good as always, and the service was top notch, but at this location I had several seating options which isn't always the case. The staff was friendly to my service animal as well. If you want a simple but very tasty meal and aren't hung up on decor, get here fast.
