Breakfast & service at THIS Waffle House was better than others I've been to. Emphasis on Much Better. They just need to ease up on the A/C some. Was crazy chilly in there tonight. Coffee, eggs, whole wheat toast & sausage were better than expected. The grits were just meh. They should have been served to me warmer b/c I wanted the cheese & butter to melt before eating. Overall was a good experience. Would recommend this Waffle House.

TOTAL CHAOS in the kitchen! The open kitchen is a great idea, but the workers must maintain a high level of professionalism! Not so among the crew this day. The cooks were spot on and kept their cool, but the servers - not so much! The food was typical Waffle House, good enough to come back, but the others need to learn to get along under pressure or find another job!

This Waffle House is DISGUSTING.I saw the waitress tell the other one to take the bacon out the sandwich and she intentionally stuck her hand in the sandwich and took out every piece.Not to mention the service was horrible the longest wait ever.Something was black in my drink I asked for everything in plastic.Because I was scared something like that would happen.Imagine sitting there watching all of it happen. Please a warning to everyone do not l go. P.S This was my first time going to Waffle House .

This is the only Waffle House I’ve ever been to where the staff will only serve one table at a time. We asked the waitress if we could have our drinks after about 20 minutes, but she said she was still “calling out the order” (aka watching the cook make the entire order). The food was fine. It was almost comical how bad the service was.

We walked into to a pretty crowded waffle house , but not to bad. Burlington NC University Dr!!! The lady behind the counter begins to yell loudly "if you just sat down you will not be getting served!" 15 people that just sat down were very rudely verbally pushed out the door and she locked it behind us continuing to mumble about how she's taking no orders and there was no to go happening either. She claimed there was a sign on the door , yet there was nothing. Everyone proceeded to the next waffle house and they don't deserve to be flooded because the girl refused to work. This is beyond absurd and needs to be addressed. The other workers looked as if they disagreed and didn't want to but wouldn't stand up for themselves. SAD, she was rude and not respectable of anyone. She could have said something nicely when we walked in but she let multiple groups of people get in, sit down , then yell at the whole restaurant I've never complained because it's waffle house but this was something I've never experienced.

Went to this location on a Sunday afternoon at 4:30pm with a party of 4. There were three tables seated. We were told there would be a wait, waitress wasn’t sitting any additional tables. We left of course. 3 tables ?

The staff at this Waffle House are horrible. You can go in the morning, lunch, dinner and they will always have half the restaurant chairs put up. There will be at least 6 people “working” so it is not understaffed. Always people waiting. Never get greeted. Most of time we end of leaving. Finally got a WH in a decent place but it has been a bust. Someone needs to clean house and get it to the standard it should be. Usually they won’t do a to go order either.

Someone cooking the food placed burnt bacon in all 3 Breakfast online orders this morning. I don't know if someone working there was trying to be fun or just don't know any better. Am from out of town and very disappointed ☹️. Waffle House 2288 my ticket number #880308560.
