Horrible customer service! Management absolutely NO better! Left without getting food and have to call headquarters for a refund! Not sure how this place has any business at all!

Walked in to order and watched an employee eating her KFC at the service line. Bare hands licking her fingers AND making orders. When she went to the fryer I assumed she was getting her own fries to eat with her KFC and go sit down and eat. NOPE, she kept eating and preparing food. Picked up the corn to be fried with no gloves just the grease from her chicken. Oh and those fries...were someone's order!! They say you can't eat at everybody's house and apparently you can't eat at Wingstop either. My daughter really wanted this and I had to disappoint her and tell her we were leaving. We both left very disappointed!

I went here for the first time the other day and had an amazing experience with staff worker Tiffini! She was super kind to my kid & I, very gentle and patient. She occupied him and made my order experience so much easier!

Ordered a 10 piece and got an 8 piece. Had to ask for the cups to go with the meals I ordered. Drink machine had 3 selection . Wings were subpar this time.

I have gave this location many tries but it seems as if they’re getting worse each time. I love wingstop but this location is awful. Chicken wasn’t even tossed and barbecue sauce seemed like it was just squirted on the chicken. I even had feathers on my chicken.

Pre ordered wings at 1:30pm to pick them up at 6:00pm. It was after 8:00pm before i got my wings and they wouldn't even give a discount.

One customer asked for extra ranch and the Worker had the audacity to say “you got extra ranch money?” Like bro be serious. If you’re debating about eating here then be prepared to hit the planet fitness after because you’ll get more grease than chicken. Fire all the workers ?
