“So I ordered a cake ahead of time and one of the bakers who was going to make my order quit ! So when I went to pick up my cake on my husbands birthday NOTHING was made. They offered a refund but that wasn’t an option..they offered another cake but not the flavors he liked. I had ordered some other stuff as well to complete the cake . The cake was the centerpiece of the party!!! Luckily, Miranda (another baker) was able to make a last minute cake in 2 hours !!!!! I was so so happy that she did that for me and my husband loved it! She really saved the day. Still a happy customer. I hope to work with her again. Great customer service, she worked on a last minute order and that means a lot . Thank you so much“
“I was visiting NC for a couple of days over Thanksgiving and wanted to treat myself after a long 2 days of traveling. I drove by and the store caught my eye. Although I have never had boba before, I have also never been to North Carolina, and was eager to try new things. I asked the barista what his favorite was and he recommended me the brown sugar milk tea with boba AND I FELL IN LOVE. I wish I had a Brick City Boba in my home town that I could visit everyday. Even though he was training, he was very kind and easy to talk to, and sure knew what would hit the spot! Thank you for giving me one of the most memorable vacays! ?❤️“
“Stopped here for the first time with my kids . the prices are fair and I love that they have stuff to do outside , I was just a little scared with the activities being right next to the road . My kids know better not to run to the road but you never know lol . The benches are a little wonky but it did the trick for the little time we were there .. talking to the young girl she was nice an patient with me which I appreciate because I thought we were ready but I then seen all the flavors lol .. it also smelt really clean when she opened the window so that a plus we will most likely be back..“
“Just wanted to say how much I appreciate employee Daniel for making sure I could still grab lunch when the credit card reader wasn't working. He said he covered my meal oh, and I saw him pull money out of his pocket. I really hope that this didn't come out of his pocket and if so his boss will put that on his next paycheck. Just such a lovely customer service interaction, and I appreciate this employee going the extra mile to ensure I had what I needed. That really wasn't his job and I appreciate him a lot! I also tried to do the survey to show Daniel some extra love and it wouldn't work so I hope leaving this review reaches the right person.“
“The staff here is so nice. There’s often only one or two working so people should be more understanding if they’re having to wait! What would our world be like if we all gave a little more grace? My ice cream is always delicious and they even made me a pineapple blizzard once :)“
