Had to request a refund immediately after watching the young lady who was handling the dough, also handle money from the cash register. Then she immediately went back to handling the dough without washing her hands. When I called her out, her response was “I didn’t touch your pizza”. Someone is seriously going to get sick eating from this place. Beware. Occurrence 12/16/23.

I called at 1115 to order pizza and the pizza never came I can't even call to ask about my order. Cameron papah johns will screw you over late at night.Parking: The delivery driver has access to get in post or our phone number to call at the gate.
Terrible experience, we just had a large 6 cheese pizza delivered and the pizza wasn’t cooked. The cheese wasn’t even melted. I understand that there is more cheese on it and all that, but this pizza was so gross. I should’ve went with Marcos instead, way better pizza and half the price.Update: we just called and got the order taken off. We dont want to wait another hr for another pizza. So thats cool they refunded it. I guess cereal for supper it is because this pizza is going to the trash. Updated to 3 stars because they took care of the order.

This happened to us this Friday we bought our children pizza from * PAPÁ JOHN'S and I had to take my children and to the hospital with severe poisoning. We were finding out if we were the only ones because even my husband had but milder and we have seen that we were not we are the only ones there have been many cases Please do not buy more from that company as they will not take care of your life……….

Good just a little hard to get the order done , need people with phone manners an who speak clearly an distinctly so the hard of hearing can place a verbal phone order.Wheelchair accessibility: Poor planning on owner of shopping center not franchise not enough Handicap w/ van accessibility especially in an area if a major military installation w/ a large veteran population.
