My friends, husband and I ate here last year and it was amazing.For our anniversary, not so much. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. The service was so so. And the food was horrid.Steak was flavorless and nearly made us throw up. Shrimp was not deveined and I nearly choked on a vein. My husband and I literally almost threw up and started to feel sick to our stomachs.Not a great anniversary dinner.

We come into this location quite often to order sushi, and we order a lot of to go orders for home from this location. For the most part, our services has been pretty good. Came in Saturday and had Samantha as a server. And I have to say if we were to come in again, we would probably walk out as opposed to going through with the meal if this was the server. I literally repeated 6 times to Please make sure there is NO row or fish eggs on our sushi. And when it came out covered in fish eggs. I asked her about it, and she says "that's my mistake, I didn't write it down." When the salads were delivered, I asked for more dressing because mine was not wet enough. It took her almost to the end of the meal to bring the salad dressing and only after I asked again. I've worked in the restaurant business for a long time. So I understand things can get busy. But she really was not waiting any tables except for us. Honestly, it's poor service, I think that when I'm paying an 18% gratuity. That is automatically added. Because I have 3 children. The service should at least be worthwhile. When you're paying a $150 for a meal for dinner. Quality of services important.

Food is pretty good. The service has been not great lately. Went in the last two times when it wasn’t busy and the waitress took a long time to even greet us, and then refills were next to impossible to get, and then we had to ask the lady at the bar to get our waitress to bring us our check. Hopefully the service improves soon.

This is another place that is only considered "good" by the boomers locally who never traveled or left outside this county. The place is very mid. Lacks complex flavors and you wait forever for your food. The sushi is thrown together and the price is not worth what you get in quality.

Had reservations at 7pm for my 40th. Arrive at 645pm and check in. Others who’ve walked in are seated before us. We were finally walked to our table at 740pm. Then once finally at the table the waitress took our order. If the long wait for a table was any indication as to how the night was going to go, we would have left before we were seated. We finish our salads and soups and then waited.. and waited and waited. We watched others who sat down after us get service and their entrees. Another cook at the table next to us had asked us if we had ate been served yet. One of our guest went up and pointed out the disappointment with our experience so far and our long wait to someone at the front of the house. No apologies just told that they were finding us a cook. From there it was excuse after excuse and offers for free appetizers for the wait. We did not want anything free, we just wanted to have our food and go by this point. I never even was asked if I would like a refill for my drink. The staff seemed annoyed that we were there at their restaurant.. we didn’t feel welcome and we felt ignored. NOT once did the manager come over either. Just so disrespectful! The only positive part about the night was our cook! We have gone here on other occasions and never had a horrible experience like tonight. So disappointed, won’t be returning. Thankfully my company is what made my 40th special because Sakura here sure missed the mark!

Love the Ambiance! I always say I'm going to have those same lit trees at my home day. Food and service have always been amazing and I've always been accommodated whether I have a party of 2 or 10. Great place to dine!
