Hands down worst service I've ever experienced, to the point are waiter abandoned our table let alone after bringing drinks with no ice, huge gaps between visits, restaurant was not crowded, couldn't even get my check in a reasonable time, asked a fellow waitress for assistance was met with hateful tones and looks who was I to disturb her at her job, I mean what did I think I was at a restaurant or something, she just wanted prance her hills have eyes looking self around tryna to get noticed, so yea this place sucks would never go back or recommend anyone to go, if that's how customers get treated

I came in to the Twisted Grape on a date night with my fiancé. We had intended to grab dinner and drinks within an hour, as we had another engagement later in the evening.After we were seated, 30 minutes went by before anyone came to check on us or take our order. After ordering, we waited another 25 minutes to be given our waters we ordered. Our wine flight did not come until 45 minutes after we had ordered. Our wine flight was poor in taste, with remnants of the wine tasting stale.Our food did not arrive until an hour after we ordered. The food was cold, and not fully cooked. We failed to receive utensils for our food.At no time, within the two hours we were at the restaurant, did any staff check on us, nor were fill our drinks. We attempted to flag staff down multiple times within the evening, but even our own attempts were met with delay and resistance.As an attorney myself, I value professionalism, and I felt compelled to share my experience at the Twisted Grape to highlight their lack of professionalism, service, and diligence. Consequently, I would not recommend this establishment.

Oh, where do I even begin with Twisted Grape? If you've ever wondered what it feels like to watch two episodes of bar rescue while waiting for drinks, this is the place for you. We arrived with high hopes and thirsty throats, only to discover that patience is indeed a virtue, especially when it takes a whopping 45 minutes for drinks to arrive. Im glad I didn’t order wine because I'm fairly certain the bartender would have had to stomp the grapes for our wine personally, somewhere in a distant vineyard.And let's talk about the fried pickles – oh, the irony of cold fried food. They must've been practicing their magic tricks back there because serving cold fried pickles is a feat in itself. The pickles arrived looking as if they'd lost all hope in life, much like us waiting for our drinks.However, not everything was a culinary tragedy. The food, when it finally graced our table, wasn't half bad. It's like finding a dollar in the washing machine – a small victory, but you're still doing laundry. Twisted Grape, you twisted our evening into a comedy sketch we didn't know we needed. Cheers to you for teaching us the true meaning of 'patience is a virtue,' albeit the hard way. Overall the place sucks a** Only because I’m not a complete d**khead, I gave it 2 stars. Maybe the gods will grace me with some good fortune and karma because I’m JUST that generous.

The atmosphere is great! There's a pool room, an outside area, and a lounge area. It would be a great location to hang out with a group of friends for a night out. Our waitress was really nice and friendly. My only complaint would be the flavor of the food. Although the presentation was great, and there were fresh ingredients, the food lacked seasoning in some of the dishes. To be fair, everyone's taste buds are different, and others may find it to be perfect. Overall, it was a great experience and very clean.

Been two years since we visited and guess what still a 1 star review Ken (I assume you are the owner) if you truly care about customers you would educate your employees on customer service and how to greet tables in a timely manner and how to inform a manager when their is a issue with a table...also it would be helpful if your kitchen advised your staff what you are out of...order a ceaser wrap and brought it out with no ceaser asked for more ceaser and guess what you are out of ceaser..UPDATE:Asked for manager while we were still here and she turned the whole experience around, she made everything right and we will be back!I could have easily deleted my review but I left it so that the owner could see we had a bad experience but his manager turned the entire experience around!If you have a bad experience I highly recommend asking for a manager because I can guarantee that they will make it right while you are still there.
