This is very disappointing. I went to the one on 87 in the shopping area last night when I walked in I was not greeted and stood at the register for about 5min then one employee came from behind a part where you can not see behind and said are you ready to order I said yes and he went back behind the wall I stood there a little longer still no one came to help me so I left,but the sad part is that it was at least 5 or more workers behind that wall.

I so much enjoyed my visit to the Camden, NC Tropical Café. What a nice and healthy eating experience. The serving staff was extra helpful with my menu selection. So many fantastic choices to choose from. I highly recommend the Dillas Three Cheese Chicken. Nice serving size and wow, the sauce is perfect. I will be making this a return stop. You can’t go wrong here.

Ordered my free flatbread sandwich through T-Mobile Tuesdays. Went to pick up said sandwich, walked in and saw 2 employees working behind the counter. I stepped up to the counter, waiting to be noticed, to pick up my sandwich. Neither person acknowledged my presence at all!! Since this was the first time I had ever been in this store or even eaten any of their products I had no idea how pick up worked. Then I saw one of the employees walk over to a shelving unit and place a bag with an order in it and attach a receipt to a clip. Hmm I thought maybe this is how I get my order and sure enough there it was! But never, at no time, did either of those employees ask me if they could help, or even acknowledge my presence with a simple hello. Won't be going back!

One of my favorite local spots is becoming a nickel and dime store. I visited 2-3 times a month spending $25-$30 per visit. One visit, I asked for a cup of ice along with 2 meals and two smooties and was told that they would have to charge me $1 for a small kids cup w/o a straw. They stop giving military discounts, can't get BBQ chips with your orders because they said it cost them more than sea salt. As a loyal customer, we are noticing the small corner cuts.

This was our first visit at the Tropical Smoothie Café review 1546 Hwy 24/87 Cameron. I was surprised! Such a large healthy menu and the service was excellence. We dined in and enjoyed the tropical scenery. Very, very clean with bar seating. One of the owners introduced himself and we were impressed with such a young man with such a pleasant and business minded retrospective on his establishment. We noticed the hustle and bustle of the on-line pickups and Grub Hub type traffic that was busy but organized. We took an order-out menu and have enjoyed Tropical Smoothie delivered to our hone. If you live in the Cameron area you can’t go wrong here. Healthy lite breakfast, lunch, and dinner all in one location with friendly smiles greeting you.

This place is hands down, the BEST of the best. You can tell its more than just a smoothie shop to this owner, its their baby. The employees have the bar set high compared to any other, they treat you like you matter and always greet you with a smile. They are super helpful in providing exactly what you want! The owners are even actually there working. Its more of a local "mom and pop" feel, rather than a chain. You will not be disappointed with the cleanliness, friendliness and your result of what you choose, and I promise you, its ALLLLLLLL good!!!
