“We went here for brunch based on the recommendation of a friend. The place is cute and like a southern diner with a nice little skylight as well. We got the breakfast buffet and then plates to take home for dinner. The buffet had plenty of variety and the food was good, but it wasn't very warm. Still tasty though. As for the customer service, the place was busy. Our server didn't really visit our table but there was a lady that came to refill my coffee and the busboy was great. We will probably be back!”

“I have had 2 great experiences here. I have had great customer service and great flatbreads. I have stopped for breakfast to go both times and both times it has been a great sub. The ceiling tiles over the food are really damaged and that is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars. It is alittle concerning that monkey changes them being directly over the food. Other than the place is clean. Another issue is the Parking lot. You can miss the turn in very easily because it is too quick.”

“Went with my go-to of thick crust with Canadian bacon. Super chewy crust and loads of high quality cheese and toppings. I need to spice up the sauce a little, but other than that, this is my favorite pizza in the area! Friendly staff are always amazing!”

“The staff here always gets our order on point and even remember our regular toppings/bread type, hot or cold, ect.; Excellent staff. Excellence in (very fast) service. Lots of extras too like free WiFi access provided to customers, and the location I go to in Cape Carteret, NC is conjoined w/ a gas station inside.Vegetarian options: They let you custom make most of the sandwiches, & staff are awesome at being flexible with choosing alternatives for your choices. (I.e. Can build your own sandwich).Kid-friendliness: Kids meals provided with MANY choices in variety & not just 1-2.”

“Food was amazing, We got the grilled Yellowfin tuna sandwich, cucumber tomato salad, grilled shrimp tacos and onion rings. Service was great, but the wait was very long just to place the order, after that food was out in 10 minutes. The atmosphere was very nice. Very limited parking, we kind of just got lucky with a spot.Parking: Very small amount of parking, most of the parking lot is reserved for other businesses in the area.”

“I previously enjoyed TSukiro because of their buffet deal but now will start coming to Bamboo House as their quality of food and service is significantly better. The Sashimi was fresh, ginger salad crisp, and their Kimchi Ramen was perfect! My S/O enjoyed the chicken katsu & highly recommends it. Food came out fast & our server was attentive. I was very appreciative that they swapped out a fish I'm unable to eat on our sashimi plate ( texture issue not allergies). Give it a try & you won’t regret it!”

“We are building a house in the area and had a hard time finding a good "sit down" breakfast place. Someone said Yanas opens ay 7! Long story short, we have been here 3 days in a row. The breakfast is so good! Very reasonably priced. Also you can get a burger at breakfast time!! All food is made to order. So enjoy your conversations while waiting.”

“I was sitting in the line at dunkin (which took too long) so i left and drove past the pine stand co trailer on camp lejeune as i was about to leave. i was craving coffee so i decided to stop. so happy with my decision! the coffee is delicious and the woman running shop was very friendly and answered all my questions. :)”

“Man what not to say. Family owned and family fun. They are great people that make great BBQ. Had the brisket tacos and fries. ALL their dessert ? are to die for. Eclair cake, home made Nanna pudding. Great sausage link or in a bun for a good price. Green beans are like maw maw makes with ham juice. Man just a great place love going in the summer after being on the water all day.Parking: They do offer boat or trailer parking for 10 bucks if the boat ramp is full. Save ya from a 280 dollar ticket .... don't ask how I know hahah.”

“I eat at Star Fish Grill on the way back to Wilmington each time I have meetings in Cherry Point. They never disappoint. The decor always incorporates the holidays along with their nautical theme. It’s always fun to see what has changed each visit. The food has always been excellent and I always look forward to my next visit. The service goes without saying. If it wasn’t good I would not have been back so many times. I am known to be extremely picky and I can always find something new to try. The only disappointment is they are not in Wilmington.”

“Very romantic and polished dining experience. The food was incredible and so was the service! The Osso Buco was incredible and the Quattro Formaggio pasta was delicious as well. Add the calamari for a starter and finish with the cheesecake! Great meal. It’s on the more expensive/fine dining end, though you can wear jeans. There were kids at the restaurant, but I was happy to be dining without kids in a date like atmosphere.”

“We were looking for an Oyster bar while in Swansboro and this was just a short drive away. Friendly service as soon as we opened the door. The hostess guided us to the oyster bar where we had Dillon greet us. He was knowledgeable about the oysters that were being served and had a friendly demeanor while he (and briefly Will who was also just as friendly) shucked and divided the oysters between us. So yummy! Highly recommend a visit here!”
