We've been here many times but staff today were not friendly at all to customers but were to each other. I'd say they need training in at least greeting with a smile. Older man used to be here was very nice. Sandwich good.

Now, this is a comparison review only between the College Rd (CR) location and the N. Lake Park Blvd (NLPB) location.We have eaten at the CR location on various occasions, and the staff is friendly from the time you walk in the door until you depart. And the food is always prepared to your desires. We went to the NLPB location for the first time today, and it was the complete opposite. The staff member assisting us made us feel as though we were bothering them. There was no greeting, no personality, and not much information exchanged. She did make the Italian well (no complaints there). My wife's order was the Chipotle Chicken, which came out, and if she didn't ask for the condiments, she would not have been offered any. It was also not cut in half. I am a firm believer in if you are not enjoying your job maybe you need to find another line of work. That's it, work place atmosphere needs improvement.

They train the employees to put nothing on your sandwich, I just paid 11 dollars for a $3 sandwich with one piece of burnt bacon on it, these people don’t care about their customers go to any other Jersey mikes if you want your sandwich to be good.

I recently visited this location for the first time. I love Jersey Mikes and usually have a great experience dining in or to go. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and it was delicious. I would highly recommend it. Very nice employees and I didn’t have to wait long for my order to be ready. A little pricey for subs but otherwise great experience overall!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking that’s free and handicap spots available. Also is wheelchair accessible and on ground floor as it’s a one story building.

Hi my name is Donnie and I’ve been coming to this jersey mikes multiple times a week for the last 5 years and I just want to say the manager April is the most helpful and kind person that is always providing 5 star service to all customers and really upholds the jersey mikes values and standards. She always has a great attitude every time I’m in there.

So I am here for the second time , the first time being 4 years ago. Food and staff both times have been great but the first time they had a fly issue and I’m here 4 years later and I’m still seeing a decent amount of flies in here. Food is still great though.
Ordered a box and a whole sub today, what a mistake. We didn't get what we ordered, the tags on the wraps weren't what they correct, no club supreme, they were I guess the veggie, one piece of chess and lettuce, nothing else for $105.00. Not my first disappointing trip to Mikes but probably my last.

This review is for service do to the fact I didn't even get to order. When I arrived there was literally 2 people in front of me, the one person had already ordered and was waiting. There was 3 people behind the counter. As the guy took the order from the guy Infront of me I could seem getting aggevated because the worker was just not comprehending the order it took him about 5 minute to take a 3 sandwich order. When he was finish I was like finally. Instead of taking my order he slowly put gloves on to start the guys order still didn't even acknowledged me at this point it was over 10 minutes I was standing in line so I just walked out. There is absolutely know reason this should of happen. Acaully feel sorry for the owner because with staff and management like that it is not a good sign.
