It was very hard using the app. It would not accept Apple Pay and it would not apply my$5 gift card. Very frustrating. The subs were good though. The tech sucks.

Don’t waste your time! If you’re gonna order from here go in the store and watch them make it or just don’t go at all. Placed an online order 2 times and it was a mess. Ordered toasted sub and it was ice cold and missing ingredients.

Ordered online went in suppose to be toasted. OVEN BEEN BROKE FOR 2 WEEKS THEY SAID. So they nuked the meat and put on a cold bread. Made a meal out of it and no tea haven't had that for a couple weeks also. What a waste of a lunch order never again.

I walked up to the counter to order and the young man said it would be 5-7 minutes because they had an online order they were working on, I said not a problem that I would use the restroom. I came out and sat down at one of the tables, I'm disabled so I can't stand long, and a couple minutes later a gentleman came in and walked right up to the counter, never even looked my way. Couple minutes went by and the one kid (without blue hair) started waiting on the gentleman that came in! I stood up and put my hands on my hips, waited for him to look up and he mouthed the words I'm sorry I was dumbfounded! I walked further up to the counter and said you know what? NEVERMIND and walked out! This location will never get my business again ?

I honestly haven't been to a nicer, more friendly Subway! The taller lady was SO kind! We will definitely return to THIS Subay!
Went with my daughter and both employees were sitting on the ledge outside smoking nasty cigarettes. Almost turned around and left but my daughter insisted she wanted subway.

Young lady working this morning was super pleasant! I can see how this location getting busy can be stressful for customers (and associates) as the square footage isn’t much but I found the employee to be very kind and the food was tasty.

The lady that took my order had an attitude…all I asked for was if she could bake my sandwich but she refused because she already started putting things on there (which was fine) but you didn’t need to be rude about it and should’ve asked me if I wanted it baked beforehand.

There was only 1 girl there and she told everyone she was by herself. Everyone in line was very polite and understood her situation at lunch time. Rockie was her name? The store has been remodeled and updated looks really nice and new inside. My Club sandwich was delicious and gave her a big tip for working so hard by herself. Will be back again soon!
