This is my favorite restaurant in the world. Brat pasta, best apps, best dealers, best service, best atmosphere ... Chef Pearatin and his team knock it out of the park every time I go. Make some reservations and do yourself a favor and go. You will not be disappointed.
A wonderful small restaurant in Carrboro that truly focuses on the flawless execution of handmade pasta dishes. Service was generally paced well, although between the small plate and main courses it did take a bit longer to get our order for the mains. All dishes we ordered were excellent - the cacio e pepe rigatoni was superb and the ricotta gnudi was something interesting you don't typically see on a menu. We were outside on the patio which was perfect! Our reservation was 5:30 and the weather was beautiful. We had the focaccia bread which was amazing!! And you must get the fior di latte ice cream before your main course because it is soooo worth it! We were well attended on the whole night as well :)
