I placed an order for pick up and was disappointed my chicken tenders on my wrap were way overcooked, hard to chew. I literally had to pull chicken out wrap so many dry, rough pieces. My waffle fries were also cold and overcooked. The food has definitely changed from when I use to eat there all the time. Not worth the money.

Service was horrible! I order sprite online with my food went in and was informed they didn’t have sprite wish they could have stock out no biggie I used to work in fast food I understand;however I only had three options to choose from which I didn’t want nor did I drink! Root beer,tea and zero soda! The guy at front very professional and nice but the guy in back was very rude and he was rude to guy in front in my opinion!the guy accompany my needs! Food and everything was fine except the guy rudeness that worked in back! The guy in front asked the guy in back did we have any sprite he responds no! I asked guy up front was there lemonda they guy in back responds: “no, u have pick between the options we have we don’t have anything else and he storm off in a very rude tone! He didn’t care and didn’t apologize for inconvenience! The guy in front was very nice though and professional! Didn’t get there name wish I would have!

If you are ordering an online pickup make sure you are already waiting in the store or they might give it to someone else. I had ordered a doordash PICK UP, same thing as their own pick up website and grub hub and all the other things they use to get their extra money. The orders was estimated to be picked up at 10:28 I had arrived at 10:32 and there was not clear enough communication when I arrived and I sat there waiting till 10:55 when they figured out someone else has grabbed my order. They sat there and told me well you are just gonna have to call doordash to get refund and tried to say I did doordash delivery and that it probably best me home saying it was my fault they gave my order to someone else…… that day was also my moms birthday, she passed away not even 2 months ago. I’m only 19 I about started to cry as I had worked all day was hungry and tired and already emotionally unstable. They had made me feel 10 times worse and ruined my night completely. Back to it, I had to explain it’s under doordash pick up not delivery if it was delivery I would have a completely different screen. I don’t even live within range to get a delivery. After calling doordash and verifying my ID for some chicken wings they were able to give me a refund. (Wings over could never give a refund as they will not own up to their own mistake and say the customer is wrong) I had replaced the order and got my wings……. Drove 5 minutes down to park and eat the food was room temperature and over cooked. I used to recommend wings over and even dropped 100s to cater so others could try them but I will never be doing that again and I will be contacting doordash to try to blacklist wings over. Highly don’t recommend until they get new people working.

First time trying this franchise, and I was impressed. The wings were perfectly cooked and crispy, and the level 2 hot wings were the perfect heat level for me. The dry rub was my favorite, and the price was reasonable for the quality. I also appreciate that they're open late until 1 a.m.

They often seem to miss items when ordering for pickup via UberEATS. It's getting to the point where I may just be done ordering out. Since COVID prices continue to go up and the quality of service continues to go down. They need to implement a dual layer QC process to ensure they don't mess up delivery orders.. that really goes for all places, not explicitly Wings Over.

I used to be obsessed with Wings Over, but every time I’ve ordered recently, I can’t even finish the food. The chicken has consistently tasted dry and chewy and the sauce is minimal at best. The frozen Tyson Buffalo Boneless Wings have more sauce coated in the wings, at a much lower price. It’s just so disappointing for a place that used to be reasonably priced with decent comfort food.

I placed on online order and selected delivery. The website was terrible and the driver took an hour to show up. When the driver finally showed up they had the wrong food. We called the restaurant and they said that they didn’t have delivery drivers and they sold my food to a DoorDash driver. We had to explicitly ask and beg for a refund because they were not interested in solving the issue at all. 0/10 experience all around.
This place has gone down hill lately idk why; I will no longer be a regular customer here. Use to be only good food was served on weekends Friday-Sunday nights when the good cooks and front desk people are there. Now I get soggy fries and tots that taste like the oil hasn't been changed in weeks or days (disgusting it should be changed daily or cleaned out and filtered) There is one black female I last saw working there couple days ago when I made my last order, needs to be said she's a keeper she's amazing and has a very beautiful smile and always is on top of orders and makes sure to double check. She's not on her phone a lot or distracted she's a keeper!. There is another guy working out front I can't remember his name but I've heard stories that his disgusting and rude, I've had him a couple of times he's very rude always asking for a big tip for doing his job and always smells like straight up weed, I don't care if you smoke but keep it at home away from work, it's not for everyone and that smell gives everyone a headache. Sad they went downhill I used to order all the time and it was my favorite but now even with its new color inside it's still A***

When I was ready to take an order in the restaurant, however I read and read that menu board many times about more than 5 minutes. Because I didn't know what those courses are. After ordering RIDICULOUSLY, I felt... wrongful when I saw what my foods were and what those tastes liked.Parking: Side of the front restaurant. You have to wait in a car for pick up your order instead of the building, there are no seats. Outside? None. Only vehicle like Sonic.
