This was our second time here. The first time, the food took a very long time to come out. This time, it was reasonably fast. Their spinach and artichoke dip is a little too creamy for my taste. The pita and chips were good quality. Their chili is a little on the spicy side, but still hearty and good. I wound up taking the salad to go. The onion rings are fantastic, though! Definitely must get if you're here. Getting the check processed took a loooong time. The wait times are why I took a star off, otherwise I would've rated it four. Getting takeout was no problem at all. I think to prevent the wait time in the future, we may get takeout instead. The Chacha bowl was really good! When we went back for a third time, the wait wasn't too long. Their Buffalo dip is fairly good, just very greasy. The Santa Fe salad was impressive! Our fourth time here was terrible service-wise. No one seated us, and it took a solid 20-30 minutes before a waitress even noticed us. The wait for food was a while as well. I don't think I'd like to dine in again after this experience. Also, the Buffalo shrimp is quite dreadful-- they tasted like the shells were still on them and they were really tiny. A lot of time passed between visits. This time it took close to 40 minutes for them to notice us and bring drinks. Food came out lukewarm, and that coleslaw in the tacos is dreadful. The mahi mahi and the fruit they put on it is good, but the rest of the taco was inedible. Atmosphere was okay, but the live music was too loud and of varying quality. Not a fan and will probably avoid coming back.

Good food, nice atmosphere. I was there on a Monday night and it was somewhat quiet, service was great.

Excellent food and bar in a low key local place. Burgers are top shelf, rotating craft beer taps, attentive yet unobtrusive staff.

It’s trying to be the Hard Rock Cafe but with its sports bar screens everywhere you look, music turned down ridiculously low, boring food, and disengaged staff it’s missing the mark …….but it’s in Cary so what can you expect?Maybe at night it’s better.

I'm giving them 4-stars because I have a shellfish allergy, and there's like 2 hot things you get that won't kill you otherwise its salad or a cold sandwich. The staff were super kind about helping me to figure out what I can eat though. They didn't get frustrated with my 10,000 questions.Dietary restrictions: Not a good place to eat if you have shellfish dietary restrictions. Okay for drinks though.

I have never had a bad experience at Abbey Road. Me and the wife will go often on Fridays for the live music. They have a great selection and everything I've ordered has been great!

I love the food here. Burgers are great and the staff is nice. Unfortunately, I can't eat the delicious "Burning down the house" burger without feeling duped so I don't order there anymore. I don't dine in because I'd rather take it across the street to my apartment to eat while watching sports but there's too many additional charges...for a take out order. The bartender said the $1+ charge I inquired about was for the to go box. I'm not stingy, but I don't make that much money lol. I've tipped a few dollars every time I went there to pick it up but I felt it was a little disrespectful to charge me for something they would give dine-in customers for free. With all that said, I'd like to reiterate that the food is great and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The food was good. I got the cha cha salad and he got the George, although our potatoes were burnt and not much potato filling was left. We went with 2 other couples who sat together, however each person's receipt had things from other couples on it. We drank water and tea but got charged for beers.I will also say we got there at 6:35 and did not get our food until 7:28, without anyone eating outside and very few tables were full. The food also came out staggered so we got our appetizer after everyone else and my food came out before anyone else's. Again, the food was good but not worth an hour wait.

Today, my wife and I visited Abbey Road Tavern & Grill and quickly we determined this is not a place to get good service. We asked to be sat at a table so we could have some lunch. We ordered some Potatoes Skin appetizers, food, and some beverages. The appetizer came quick and were good. This is the only reason I gave the two stars. There must of been one cook because the food took 30 minutes for sandwiches. The service was poor as our waitress did not ask us if we needed refills and when asked if they gave a military discount she said she had to check with her manager. When she went up to the bar she did not check with the manager and proceeded to process the check without verifying. When she came back to the table she said, " Sorry we only give discounts to people in uniform, like Police of Fire Department." I explained to her that, "I wore a military uniform for +20 years in the U.S. Army." I do not expect every restaurant to give me a military discount but I do expect people to be honest. Every time I do get a Military discount I always double the tip and give it back to whoever serves us. Maybe she did not know how to respond or felt rushed because she had other customer to attend to as they were extremely short staffed. Looks like a great place to drink alcohol and that is it.

What a sad experience today. Saturday afternoon and it takes 90 minutes to get 3 burgers that is so over done it reminds me of the Sahara Desert, cold hard rolls, along with sweet potato fries that are still frozen in the middle. No server to be found while dying of thirst from eating said desert burger. To be fair, the server did finally come around and exchange our frozen sweet potato fries for regular fries. Then another 10 minutes waiting on the check. So very sad guys, you used to be one of our favorites...

We visited for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We arrived at 1 and ordered at 1:20- we proceeded to wait a full hour from when we ordered to receive our food, the waitress came by right before our meal arrived to apologize for the wait, but we were not compensated for this wait in any way. The food was just ok, nothing I need to eat again, I will not be visiting again.
