The inside and outside seating area are nice. The food however was only okay. The chicken sandwiches we got were decent but the fries and tots were pretty bad. The sauces were on point though. The southwest ranch in particular was 10/10. For the quality of the food and the high prices I'd recommend prettymuch any other fast food chicken place over this.

The atmosphere and service was great but the food was TERRIBLE! Spent $40 and the quality of the food was not up to par! We ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich, and the white hot buffalo chicken sandwich and a kids chicken nugget meal with a large fry because they require you to order everything separate. For starters the chicken was OVERCOOKED , FRIED WAY TO hard and there was nothing spicy about the chicken. The fries were okay. This place came highly recommended on tik tok and was such a disappointment.

I ordered the Nashville hot chicken tenders. They were very much as they should be spicy. The staff is very nice and food came quick. The atmosphere was a bit dead for lunch on a Saturday. Hopefully they get busier.

Ordered a chicken sandwich (which was good) and sweet potato fries with "magic dust" but the fries had green spots and tasted funny. If it was the dust then I wouldn't recommend it, if it was something else I wouldn't recommend BB's. Pretty sure this turned me off of them for good

1st time at BB's today. Tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and fries. The chicken was ultra crispy, probably the most crisp I had ever had. I thought this would have been a good thing, but I found it overpowered the chicken. I really enjoy spicy food, and this Nashville hot spice heat was very underwhelming as it was absent of heat and flavor. The fries were ordinary and not worth finishing. It was a beautiful day to sit outside on their large shared patio.

Tonight I was blown away by Jocelin at this BB’s chicken. Jocelin not only demonstrated outstanding customer service, but she orchestrated a positive customer experience by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere with her and the team even amidst a dinner rush. She is the reason I would be back to eat. Well also the sauce! I hope the owners understand that they have an absolute gem of a leader!
