Cashier wasn't knowledgeable of the menu and when trying to assist was very half hearted and quietly mumbled. One of the two teas was very watered down in flavor and the other had boba so hot that it burned my partner's tongue as they took their first sip. Warm milk tea with some ice chips wasn't helping the boiling hot boba. Beautifully decorated shop and the manager was lovely. However, likely won't go back to this spot because the profiles' of the two drinks ordered were a miss and there are so many better places in Cary.

I ordered the wrong type of boba for my niece. I explained to my niece that it was my mistake and we wouldn’t be buying another drink. She’s 9, so of course she was upset. The person behind the counter made her the drink she wanted, free of charge. Great customer service!!

Loved the Sakura bubble tea. We visited as family and we all liked all things we tried. It was unlike any other place that I have tried, the tea was very tasty. I ended up buying two of the same drink. People at the shop was so nice and caring, they helped answer all questions patiently and checked to make sure our drinks were made to our satisfaction. Definitely will revisit !!
