Food was ok, but the drive through had some communication issue. Not the staff's fault as far as I'm concerned, but either the microphones or speakers were broken.

The place was clean and the staff was pleasant. The atmosphere is okay. It's kind of dated inside and had a bit of an old smell. I wish the menue had more items. They pretty much only have different versions of fried chicken. We had a chicken sandwich, which only seemed to have pickles and chicken and mayo. Kind of dry and not much flavor wish they had different sauces or something. However, for a quick cheap bite, it was a pretty nice option. I had the chicken fingers they were seasoned nice and came with some different dip options.

We mainly get breakfast items, but the sandwiches and salads are good choices too. I've never gotten anything that wasn't good. I find the chicken a little spicy for me. I do wish they would sell plain nuggets for the kids, but they do love the mac and cheese. On an average week, we usually go there twice.

Fish sandwich was terrible! The bun was burnt, the lettuce was wilted and the cheese was gummy. This had been sitting under a light for a while. Ordered dirty rice for our side. It had beans in it! It will be a long time before I return to this Bojangles. It has been going down for the past couple of years. Food is too expensive to get old food and the wrong side. In

I came to the drive through. I was asked for my order. I said “I’d like a 2 piece leg and thigh dinner please” And got radio silence for over 6 min. I patiently waited because I assumed he was busy. The worker then came on and said “are you going to finish your order” and was very unprofessional to me. I then got lied to by the manager on staff saying I held up the line. Terrible place to go. Do yourself a favor and eat something better
Today I went to Bojangles and unfortunately, I was served by an employee name is Rosy in the drive thru. Overall, this employee had a terrible attitude and gave me the wrong order. Horrible experience and I will never return to this place again.
