Bought a 4 piece supreme dinner with extra seasoning, only gave me 2 tiny chicken strips and absolutely no seasoning on the fries.No matter which restaurant I go to, its always a disappointment, especially fries. Why cant you season the fries??? I literally have to ask for seasoning on the side for the fries. You always charge me extra and rob me after I pay.

Today, I came here for lunch earlier this afternoon at 12:18pm after church. But when I started placing my order of a three-piece all-white meat chicken to a young man named Subash, he tend to cut me off and pretended not to understand what I was telling him just because he was new yesterday at the dine-in cash register. He never asked his supervisor to help him take my order, but had a young lady named Shobia to take my order so Subash can go back and make food and drinks for another customer, which was kinda rude to me. I honestly don't agree with people using the receptionist machine to take orders if they start to cut customers off, pretending not to understand what the customers are asking just because new employees are just starting their job recently.
My wife and I went through the drive through at 10 pm and this branch closes at 11pm. The food was amazing. You would have thought that the doors just opened with the freshness of the food and the care of the packaging. Truly a cut above any other Bojangles I have personally visited. Great job team.Ordered a 3 piece dinner meal. The fries were perfect and perfectly seasoned, the chicken was crispy and fresh. We also got a sausage biscuit and chicken sandwich that were both out of this world!
Some transplant must have come and complained about the seasoning salt on the fries cause now there is literally no seasoning on any fries lol.Dry unseasoned potatoes to save some northerner's blood pressure? Come on now.

i really hate to do this but i have tried over and over to give this location a chance because it is the closest to my house. the manager on duty seems to be working drive thru and the front alone. my food sat there he failed to let me know it was ready. it doesnt seem like he cares for the quality of the food or even the experience.

Bojangles make the best breakfasts. Their egg sausage and a biscuits is my favorite for breakfast. For lunch I get the cajun chicken sandwich on a biscuit with dirty rice. Awesome food at the best
