The team helped me out in a major pinch this past Saturday by swiftly making 5 boxes of coffee in less than 30 minutes and did it with a smile. They assured me it would be done and it got done. This is after submitting a huge catering order the day before. Will only be coming back to this location for future catering needs!

Cinnamon raisin bagel with honey walnut cream cheese was good as usual. It's been over a year since I've been to this location. Always busy. Always hard to try and find parking because they share parking with all the other businesses in that shopping center which makes it really complicated.Parking: First come first serve with the parking sorry. This parking lot is shared by at least four other businesses the traffic is crazy up in there people can't figure out which way to drive and it's just real tight and congested that's the only thing I don't like about that area.
Staff was very rude to customers. I assume she was the manager. Told everyone to keep the door closed and asked if they like bugs in their food. She then proceeded to pick fight with patrons in line. She is super loud and my daughter was frightened. We left and will never come back to this location. Be warned and just go somewhere else
This is my favorite bruegger's location... Very friendly and efficient staff who always get the job done with a smile and a professional approach.

They've made a concerted effort to improve service since I initially reviewed this location a few years ago. I'd like to give more stars, but they run out of bagels with astonishing frequency, given bagels are their business.On the plus side, staff are nice and accommodating, and do a good job, particlarly given how busy this location is.
