For the price you'd think the meat was hand-patted by God. When my burger was $12, I thought the drink and fries were included. Then with drinks and fries additionally, it was $17. Of course, they then have the audacity to ask for a tip that came up on the checkout screen - even though it was a to-go order. So, guilt tripped into giving a 15% tip or otherwise looking like a scumbag - I left with a $20 BURGER MEAL FOR 1 PERSON. Maybe the manager/owner needs to re-assess their BLOATED SALARIES and stop passing such enormous costs onto the consumer. And better pay their workers so that they don't have to live off of slave-wage tips, guilt-driven by greedy business owners too cheap to properly pay their employees. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't be back. I've gotten fast food that tasted better than this place.

Great portions and good atmosphere. There's a lot of seating available and it's usually not too busy if you don't come at the peak. Love the selection of burgers (the plant based ones are AMAZING) and the portions are very substantial. My personal favorite is actually the salads which always are a filling and delicious meal.

Burger 21 never disappoints. I have never had a negative experience. The fries are good and hot, the burgers are cooked to order and exactly what I would expect to pay for that quality. Only disappointed that the one off falls closed.

Tried their Burgers and was very disappointed. Burger, drink and fry was $15.00 +. I did enjoy their fries. Thin, Crispy and hot. The Burger was much less than expected. Also, I am not a big fan of the "help yourself to the shared condiments."

First time eating here. Pleasantly surprised how good the burgers and sweet potato fries were. Order came out to the table quickly. Also enjoyed their selection of sauces. Will probably be a return customer.

I had lunch here recently after a client real estate closing. Yum - what a treat. My burger was perfectly cooked and the fries were delicious. The onion rings looked amazing and that is what I will get next time!! Great service and a nice open styling to the atmosphere.

My company has used this location multiple times for catering of work functions and it has been good the other times but today it was completely unacceptable. Part of our delivery catering order included chicken BLT sliders, except there was no BLT. It was solely chicken on a bun and no one wants to eat that. I paid for 2 sauces to come with our chips and for the food and those didn't arrive either and the overall quality of the food has diminished. Needless to say, we will no longer be utilizing them for our work catering orders. I was extremely disappointed and that's unacceptable service.

The food truck came to our apartment complex. I ordered the black bean burger, which was delicious. My husband order the shroom burger which he said was phenomenal! Make sure to upgrade to a combo meal because their fries are amazing and you get an entire cup full! Hope the Burger 21 truck comes back again soon :)
