drive thru..ordered our food...very good service! young man was exceptional@ his job in drive thru!great personality! only missed the fries when we ordered..but we drove back around n he got the fries for us(we paid for them..n I've worked drivethru n I'd promoed the fries) but had a great n positive attitude n I didn't mind paying for them...so we pulled into park place n enjoyed our supper!

It took a bit longer for my drive-through order than I anticipated being the only person there. Sadly, my original chicken sandwich was cold, and hot fries were limp. The ice coffee was okay. I rarely eat fast food, so I'd hoped for a tastier experience.

If I could give this Burger King 0 stars I would. Just moving here from Charlotte, NC, it’s late at night and my boyfriend and I wanted a quick bite without cooking. On our way home we decided to stop at the Burger King conveniently located near our apartment and order through the mobile app. We double checked the hours to make sure they were still open and placed our order at 9:58 pm. Keep in mind that when you place an order through the app, it’s already paid. We get to the drive thru and they won’t respond to us, even after saying hello several times. After driving around the store twice and going up to the window, we beeped the car horn and someone finally arrived, staring at us without saying anything. We told the lady that we placed a mobile order on the app and she said we’re closed. We responded letting her know their hours are until 11 pm and we’ve already paid on the app. She then responds that she can’t do anything about that. So we’re out money and drove away hungry. Horrible service, horrible attitudes and I hope that the general manager of this store trains the employees better so they don’t lose further income.

It is okay but can get very busy but I don't eat fast food often and come to this BK about once a year or so. Last came sometime in 2021 for breakfast and it was just okay.

Much improved over the last year or two. Still only two people were working, but they did better than some McD's with more employees. Person that took my order was handling drive-thru and front register well, and expediting the orders. Could tell they had a good work ethic and attitude.

Stop by there about 3 days a week last couple of weeks. for a Double Whopper only, 10 out of 10, the Burger is Picture Perfect! Who ever makes them takes Pride! One night they gave me someone else’s order, great customer service, they fixed me up right away!

Stopped by this morning around 9ish. Didn't expect much but the breakfast tots were not only cold but tasted as if they were cooked in last week's oil; oul that had been uses multiple times. This bothered me more than anything. Additionally the breakfast biscuit (bacon/egg/cheese) was dry and cold. I don't expect much from these places but I wr a minimum expect warm food. So should you.

DO NOT GO HERE, unless you want RAW MEAT.. & the managers don’t have a care in the world which is probably the reason employees don’t take the time to actually cook the food..the girl who worked the drive thru knew it was served to me raw because when i called she stated it should’ve been only one of the wraps that were raw… not to mention there was no manager at night & the old man manager couldn’t care less and seemed as if i was bothering him when i came in the next morning, he looked at the food i brought back & didn’t say a word… he didn’t apologize or want to give me his name at that (which is sam). truly such a embarrassment of a establishment & even more embarrassing management. disgusting.

Absolutely Horrible food, cold meat, cheese not melted, still solid. I purchased the 2 for $6 Big King and Big Fish. The fish was worse than the burger, it was old and cold!!! I just finished unloading two 53 foot tractor trailers and just needed a quick bite. Never regretted a decision more. Please heat the food and cook some fresh food when neccessary. Fast food does not equate to a bad rushed product l know you can do better cause l have been here many times but today was not a good visit!!
