First time ever trying burger fi and honestly disappointed. I order a single cheeseburger combo and added bacon and fries urban style. The burger was actually good, but the fries not so much… when I got to my car I noticed they didn’t do it urban style (which I paid extra for) so I had to go back in and ask for it. Assuming they fixed their mistake I drove home when I noticed it was still not done right and all the put was Parmesan cheese ? so tasteless and dry I didn’t even get to enjoy them so that rlly sucked not sure if I’d come back

A late lunch with a Prime Burger, Vegetable Burger, Fries and Tea. The Prime Burger was delicious and worth the money. It had a mild spicy sauce which complimented the Prime Beef. The meat was tender and moist. Ten Vegetable Burger was a nice serving size and tasty. It says the sides are hand cut. I was expecting a steak fry however was pleased with the long slender flavorful fries.

Decided to try out this place and was disappointed. You’re better off getting a single patty burger (with fries and a drink) from McDonalds for WAYYY less.I had to send my burger back because I asked for it plain and it came to me with stuff on it. I would’ve just taken the toppings off and called it a day but the sauce was on the top/bottom of the bun. Thankfully, it wasn’t a problem to send it back.When I received my burger again, it was the same patty, different bun. You could tell it had been scraped off. This wasn’t a big deal to me so I ate it.What’s bothersome is that If I had been allergic to the toppings that had been scraped off, that would’ve been a totally different scenario. Please do better.The only good things I can point out is the cashier was nice. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. And The atmosphere was good as well.

Came in for the prime rib burger as I got an invitation via email a while back for today only! Ordered the sandwich as it comes and it came out promptly and the first bites were a bit mixed. The texture of the prime rib made it difficult to chew, however the onions were perfect. The horseradish sauce was on point, but I could have used more or a spicier version to really drive it home.The burger patty itself was completely missed as I couldn’t discern its flavor or texture. However, those onions mixed with the au jus and horseradish were so good, I’ll just order a bowl of that next time!Restaurant was clean, service was great. Manager super friendly. If the prime rib slices were less tough, it would have been a perfect score!

We waited about 30 minutes for our food only for it to come out cold. The fries were hard as a rock and burnt. They also missed jalapeños on my burger. I waited for over 10 minutes to get some but they were so busy I couldn’t catch anyone. The burgers were tiny and not great, no juice at all. At the price they charge I anticipated it to be better than five guys but it is far below. Super disappointing.

TLDR: The food was overpriced, our burgers were over cooked, and it was severely understaffed.We got 2 burgers, 1 fry, a shake, a custard, and no drinks and it was $50. The place was packed so there was no where to sit. And it took over 30 minutes to get our food and desserts, where we had to just stand and wait. For some reason we got our desserts 15 minutes before the rest of our food so the custard was fully melted by the time we wanted to eat it. The staff were all very kind but were incredibly busy. We ended up taking our food to-go because there wasn't enough seating. Our burgers were overcooked and dry, the fries were alright but it seems like the oil was maybe too hot cause they are dark on the outside but still not crispy. Also annoying was that the burgers don't come with fries and there are no meal deals so everything is just more expensive. We did really like the custard and shake after we put it in our freezer for a bit to re-freeze them.Over all I don't image we will be back as there are much cheaper and better burger places around.Vegetarian options: They had impossible patties and veggie burgers
