Got there and they said it was there last day they were going to be open and they couldn't honor the coupon I just received yesterday. If they knew they were going to be closing why send out the coupon the evening before? So I ordered the brussel sprouts and they were out of them.It says temporarily closed on Google but the waiter made it sound like they were shutting down permanently. The owner of the closed restaurant thinks I am complaining. I am stating what merely happened. It wouldn't even have been an issue if they would have just listed on their website about closing or not honoring coupons. Or how about don't even send coupons out the evening before you permanently shut down. Then I wouldn't have driven 45 minutes to get there.

OMG! This is NOT bar food, it is fantastic gourmet food and drinks at reasonable prices and large portions for Tapas. How have we missed this place? Maybe distance, since we are in Holly Springs, but we will now make a point to go here whenever in Cary or Raleigh. I think people look at the outside unassuming front in a strip center and don't bother to open the door. The atmosphere is upscale trendy bar with dark lighting, stars painted on the ceiling, and artwork on the walls. There is a nice bar and cozy, but enough seating inside and out.Catalan is a fusion mix of different Latin, Asian, and American flavors. They are willing to try new things and adjust to the American palate on some of their dishes. You will not find a better, more delicious charcuterie board anywhere! Italian meats, mixed cheeses, fresh fruit and home made jam, nuts, crackers, pickled peppers, and more.Their version of a "bang-bang" shrimp is 4 huge jumbo shrimp battered with a light in the mouth, yet generous, crispy batter with their special sauce on a bed of lettuce. They cook their Ropa Vieja for 11 or 12 hours to make it tender and flavorful. What else is left to say? Go for brunch on weekends, or lunch, or dinner, or just drinks (but I challenge you to see the food passing by and not order at least one plate).Jorge served us and was a delight. Give it a try, this is a place worth keeping in business.

They were out of a decent portion of the menu, but we did go for dinner on a Sunday and everything’s made to order, so it was expected. The service was not the best- we were one of four tables inside (with multiple servers working) and our server seemed to know very little about what was going on, didn’t bring us appetizer plates, never got refills, and waited 30 mins for the check. However he was very nice and we were celebrating a birthday, so we didn’t mind too much. The food we were able to order was great! Would go back to try the things they were out of.

Such a great gem in Cary! Four of us ate there for lunch today and the food was absolutely delicious! We did a mix of brunch items and regular menu items and every single one was good. We also got custom bloody Marys which were also SO GOOD. We will be back for sure!

I love how I can just stop by after a long day, indulge in a delicious dinner and a refreshing drink, before heading home to cook for my children. Great food. Server wasn't clear on what five items were $5 on Friday. She said potatoes but another server told us mussels. Didn't see mussels on the menu. It's a bit more expensive than I would prefer but we were not terribly hungry so small plates seemed like a good idea. Two wines, one $5 plate, and two regular priced plates ran about $53. I'd return.

My family went for the Taco and Margarita Tuesday Special and it did not disappoint! 3 tacos and rice and beans for $15 and margaritas for $4. Absolutely delicious flavor. The staff is always so friendly and attentive. One of my favorite places in Cary!!

Hidden gem in Cary. I love the tapas restaurant experience. I never know the order that my food is coming out, but whenever it does come out I know it was freshly made. Very flavorful. Great service. Bring your appetite and a few people to share with.

I struggled with how I wanted to rate this but it just didn't get to a 4 in my mind. They were supposedly very allergy friendly and the server seems confident as well, but my first two dishes came out incorrectly and I had to send them back. The food itself is good but felt overpriced. Even the Ropa Vieja, which I was able to eat without any adjustments, was just good. I don't know that I'd go here again personally, but I can see why other people would enjoy it.

Came here for dinner on a business trip and had an amazing experience! The drinks were incredible and so were the epinadas 10/10 would recommend. I also loved the atmosphere, everyone was so welcoming and there was a live pianist and art for sale on the walls which was awesome.

A friend I and I went to redeem my coupon for a free charcuterie board and eat dinner. We were really surprised at the quantity and quality of the meats, cheeses, olives, crackers, stuffed grape leaves, pickled okra and JAM on the board. It was enough for our dinner. I did order flan, which was delicious, while my friend continued to munch from the board. We shared one of the bottles of wine that were half price as the day's special. Service was welcoming and efficient. We'll be back!
