I was charged for the vinaigrette that I’ve gotten from this location and every other location for free for years. All because I didn’t get a salad they changed me 1.60 for dressing basically. However it’s allowed to get double everything besides protein queso and guacamole for free?

If I could give this place zero or a negative... I would. First of all, the dirty looks that we received when we walk into the restaurant were shocking. We got there an hour before they close. No one greeted us, and they almost seem to be disputing who was going to serve us. A young lady ended up serving us did not smile say hi... nothing. In fact, she rushed us through the line not letting us answer her question before saying what's else. She also had her AirPods in the whole time. The food was awful. It was cold and unbelievably salty. For a $50 order I definitely expect a lot more. DISAPPOINTED And management should be doing something about this.

Placed online order to be ready at 9 pm. Went inside to wait at 8:45. Never greeted by any of 3 employees. At 9:10 went up to check on order. Employee told me he needed to get my sides still. He pointed at the screen to show me my sides-salad dressing and a drink. Continued helping other customer with online order. Floor very dirty. Employee was sweeping floor and bumped into us several times. Saw dead roach lying on floor. Salad not very good, rice crunchy. We go to multiple locations which are much busier and never have issues like this. We have been at this one multiple times around 8:30 pm and are often told they are out of items. Store was not busy at all. We will not be back to this location. Period.

I got the burrito bowl with chicken. Did not enjoy it like I typically enjoy the regular burrito. The staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Maybe because I got the salsa and guacamole on it??

This place is good. A local chipotle store with great staff.. The service is most of the the time fast but gets crowded sometimes. The atmosphere and cleanliness could improve a bit and they no longer keep lemons and spoons in the counter.Vegetarian options: You can custom make vegetarian bowls and burritos.

I'm not one to write a review... but I felt it was necessary with this location. We have ordered here a few times before and had issues but this visit was the worst of them all. We dined in around 9:00 pm, and when we walked in we had to wait in a line of customers who had not been served and had been waiting for the staff to stop messing around and take their orders. Once it was our turn they were almost out of half of the menu items and I thought it was strange since they do not close for a few more hours... (I had also read another review that mentioned the same issue). Each and every table was dirty and obviously had not been cleaned in quite a while. There were no drink lids or forks and the place was overall very dirty. When we sat down we noticed some of the meat was undercooked and overheard the staff saying some interesting things about the food they were serving. One of the staff said "This doesn't smell right!" and continued to add it to an online customer's bowl. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want some rude/interesting staff, a dirty eating environment, and some food that "doesn't smell right"!!

We have had too many poor experiences with this location to not leave a bad review. Tonight was another example. They were out of regular steak but then also out of the grilled fajitas vegetables. We asked if we could substitute something for the vegetables. No. We asked if we could have a discount because they didn’t have them. No. Sorry, but in this economy with our inflation I’m already paying more for less and I’m not willing to receive even less food for my dollar because you aren’t running your location well. Our family will move on to another location.

This is the best Chipotle in the area. They're pretty fast, and serve you promptly even when they are close to closing. I'll actually drive across town to go there versus the others.

Dirty, rude, uncooked meat, no lids forks etc… I can go on and on. This establishment is the epitome of “dog water.”The staff was dog water as well as they were rude and failed to keep things stocked.
