I decided to give this location one final try and it has not improved. The food is fine but the staff is snippy, rude, or just doesn’t care about their customers. On 4/6 at 930pm the gentleman running the bowl/rice/beans area was great, but the guy running the toppings area was ridiculously rude. The girl at the cash register wasn’t paying attention to anything and seemed to be spending her time with a coworkers giggling about customers rather than helping them. Out of everyone else on site, only two people were actually doing work with one in the back kitchen, one at the digital order corner, and everyone else standing around. It’s this location’s STAFF that causes the ratings to be so low. I also agree with the other raters that the staff does not keep the place clean either. I’ve no idea who the manager for this location is, but Chipotle would be better off firing them and starting over. For me, I’ll stick to the local taco shops and skip Chipotle.

My mom & I had lunch here recently and cannot say enough about the staff. Mom was disabled so from holding the door and closing the blinds to helping her order the staff treated her so well. Greatly appreciated. Food was very good. I love the "build your own" concept. Everything was fresh and hot. Mom loved the guac! Everything was clean even though they had just had a rush. Folks were keeping everything nice. Great place to eat.

Apparently they dont reads there reviews because the dining area sanitation terrible. You feel dirty when dining in. I had to clean the table and chair off before sitting (numerous food crumbs).

Then I got my sour cream basically thrown at me tonight when I was waiting for it. Y’all close at 11 and it’s no steak left and it’s still an hour left before closing. Do better!!
