food wasn't too bad. chicken wings were a bit dry. all my sides were delicious however my main complaint is the peach cobbler... what I got was peach dump cake and not cobbler. When I order cobbler, I expect to get a flaky butter pie like crust with peach filling, and that is not what I got. The peach cobbler had a cake like texture and had I known that I would have order the banana pudding instead.

Its been a while since l been in but today was my day and the smell was phenomenal. I ordered the Pastrami but they were sold out so l got the beef brisket and im really glad l did. The taste matched the smell. That brisket was absolutely sensational. The only downside was that l ordered corn pudding and got corn bread. Depressing but luckily l LOVED the brisket!!

Just picked up a pound of brisket - horrendous... dry and tastless like saltless jerky. This place has become a hit or a miss now. I mostly come here for brisket, and some days it's fine, a few times I regreted coming.. I feel like they serve the left over from the previous days sometimes - and it gets dry by staying in the warmer for too long.. still doesn't explain the taste (rather lack of it)

I decided to stop in for lunch and I am so happy I did! The man who took my order was so nice! I had a question about what side to get (I’m very indecisive, haha) and he said he would get the potato salad. He even let me sample it before ordering! It was the nicest thing. I don’t go here often, but I’ll start now. Great customer service and amazing food!!
I love eating here and will continue to do so. The only thing I have to say is please do a better job trimming and cleaning your meats. Just had a pulled pork sandwich with a plethora of fat and an awesome 6 inch vein. First time it happened and I've been here many times.

Our waiter was helpful with recommendations and kept our drinks refilled throughout the meal.Now, onto the star of the show: the food! Everything we ordered was delicious. The portions were generous, so we even had leftovers to enjoy at home.Overall, City BBQ provided a delightful dining experience.
